Q: Most reviews say they used at night. Anyone used for calmness during the day? How often can you use it, as needed or just once a day?

It works GREAT for my son. He’s 2.5 years old and autistic and is SUPER sensitive to everything including fragrances. I tried it on myself a couple times because I have similar sensitivities and no negative reactions. I don’t use it on his shoulders, just the soles of his feet. My son is allergic to melatonin and when we did use it he’d rage after it wore off.

Q: How much magnesium will you get from rolling it on? I don't see an amount listed or a ratio of magnesium to aloe. Thanks!

That is a good question. There is approximately 2000mg per ounce of Magnesium so approximately a 2:1 ratio of Magnesium to Aloe.

Q: Can the bottle be opened and closed eaily if i wanted to add my own oils to mix in it?

I have never tried to open it, so not sure.

We have two different roll-ons. The less expensive one is with Magnesium and Aloe Vera. The other one has Magnesium as well but also has Roman Chamomile and Lavender.
