Perfect for ACNH
I mainly purchased this controller to use the turbo feature on animal crossing new horizons, however I’ve been looking for a good third-party replacement to the Nintendo switch pro controller for a while and was really hoping this would be it. The controller is just as comfortable if not a little bit more so than the proprietary Nintendo pro controller and the buttons all feel satisfying to mash like the big-thumbed baby I am, though the turbo function cuts down on that need tremendously. I was incredibly happy to learn that this controller has amiibo support which I was not expecting, as well as much stronger vibration and motion control support which work beautifully with every game I’ve tried them on so far. The only downside to this controller is the joysticks are incredibly clumsy and do not allow for smooth movement at all, nothing bad enough to stop me from using it to play animal Crossing but playing anything more intense or that would require 360 directional movements would be incredibly difficult with this controller and probably downright irritating. For that reason alone it will not be replacing my pro controller but has become a welcome replacement just for Animal Crossing, high is fine by me. If you are purchasing a new controller for animal crossing this controller is five out of five stars.

Excellent controller for the Switch!
If you want a good controller and don’t want to pay for the Nintendo Switch Pro controller, this is a really nice one. I opted to buy this over the PowerA controllers because the PowerA ones don’t have rumble. The rumble on this controller is great. It also has a good weight to it so it feels sturdy. The battery seems to last several days of playing, and it’s rechargeable using an included USB C cable which makes it easy to charge. It took me about an hour to get used to playing with it over the joycons. I would definitely recommend buying this controller over any other third party controller, and over the Nintendo Pro controller if you don’t want to spend $55-$65 on one (buy another game instead!).

It’s okay
Edit: Issue seemed to be with Nintendo Switch software, and was fixed with software update. Fixed review is that this controller is decent, a bit slow on response time, but good if you need a cheap, useable controller. Would probably just fork over the extra $5-$10 for a PowerA or other well-recognized third-party controllerI bought this controller despite the many bad reviews relating to the charging port not working. I received the controller and it is nice, despite feeling a bit cheap. However, I picked it up earlier today and out of nowhere it has bad stick-drift in the left stick. I doubt I'll get a refund during this COVID crisis, so if I were you, I would just hold off on buying this product or any non-official products to avoid risking having to deal with returns/refunds.TL;DR: Would not recommend.

Best Bang For Your Buck Controller
Pro: I love almost everything about this controller (almost). It’s half the price of the pro controller, but performs just as well. USB-C charging is a MAJOR upside of this controller and have had zero issues with battery life (although I don’t often find myself playing for more than 3-5 hours in one session). All the controls feel great, work great, and the controller itself feels good in my hands - I have larger hands being 6 foot 4, and have had no issues with the comfort of this controller. I do wish there was an all black version however, but that’s completely subjective.Con: My one and only gripe with the controller is the D-Pad. It feels cheap and mushy, which is largely noticeable when surrounded by the high quality nature of the rest of the controller. It would be nice to have more of a tactile click rather than a mushy press. But that is quite literally my ONLY con for this controller.

Great Controller for the Switch!
I have to say I really like this controller the button layout, size, and weight make it a very easy controller to use. I have medium sized hands and find trying to use the buttons on the joycons when in th standard A frame to give me massive cramps. NO SUCH PROBLEM WITH THIS BAD BOY! BUTTON PLACEMENT IS GREAT! I'm also a huge fan of the color scheme, and textured palm grips. My only gripe and this is a minor one is that to wake the controller you have to hold the home button down before pressing the L+R buttons to register it.Overall the value + features make this a very happy purchase.

Worth it! Buy it!
This little controller has some heft to it! Right out of the box it was easy to pair and play.I have fairly large hands for a female and it fit comfortably, but also fit my 10 year olds.Honestly I cant see reason to buy the expensive branded one when this suits my needs perfectly and didnt cost as much!I love the grip parts as they are soft but sturdy.Definitely will tell friends to purchase this!

Best bang for the buck!
Read first: For anyone having issues syncing. After holding home button *5 seconds* (lights flash) keep holding home button until it rapidly flashes *8 seconds*.. This will fix any sync issues.Review: For half the price of a nintendo brand pro controller you would not expect this kind of build quality. The controller itself is sturdy with a little weight. The buttons feel nice and the grip. Only con really is the D-pad but on the switch its not really needed (not for me at least)! If you're cheap like me just buy two (If have friends etc.) instead breaking bank.

Edit: 2 failed in a row. Disappointed in the durability, otherwise great.
Edit: 2 in a row failed. Same problem, the left joystick. Note: the older version (not the 2020 upgrade) has been much more durrable, despite being older. Was a great controller after the first 10 hours or so of play, but with a month of regular use during the pandemic, the left joystick became unresponsive to leftward pressure.Zoolander can get away with never turning left, but not Link/Mario.Disappointed in the durability.
