Excellent Potato Flour
Very well processed potato flour. Package arrived sealed and didn't notice any smells as other reviews have mentioned. Used this for baking and dough came out perfect.

Got this for a bread recipe and chiffon cake. Love this brand. You can also use this in your dredge for frying but I haven’t tried it yet

Works well in scalloped potatoes and gravyss
Used as a gluten free replacement of AP flour on scalloped potatoes and flour gravy. Worked great, tastes great.

New to gluten free lifestyle.
Recently developed an allergy to gluten. I watched a few videos and decided to make a purchase. The pancakes came out so good. They tasted close to the real wheat pancakes when mixed with other gluten free flours. I've been adding it to everything, sauces, stews and breading my chicken.

The day after I received this I used it to make a loaf of plain sourdough bread and another of sourdough bacon & cheddar potato bread and both came out very tasty, and was tremendously easier than having to boil and mash potatoes.
