I had an older charger that was a 20,000mAh one, that was good for awhile through many travels, so when one of the plugs fell out and I was down to charging one device at a time, I replaced it with this one. This newer unit is 26,000+ and I've charged my iphone SE through the day and overnight for 3 days without having to recharge it. I love it. Its about the same size, only 1/4" larger, and slightly heavier, but sturdier, and I have no problem carrying it around in my purse with all my other stuff. Its thinner than my bulky wallet, and easy to carry in my backpack and my charging suitcase, if I ever want to use it that way. I would feel comfortable recommending it to anyone, as its an all-purpose charging unit and enough to charge up my mini ipad and iphone and still have plenty of charge for a couple boosts through the day. My daughter needed a charge for her ipad Pro computer, and its no problem. I just wish I could figure out how to power my laptop up from it. I wish there was a regular plug on it for overseas flights for any other misc things I have that need some power. This is the best recharging unit i've owned over the last 6 years. And the company sent it right out with my Prime despite delays with the COVID19. I got it within 3 days of ordering, so its possible too that the company is close by or the product was easily shippable to Las Vegas. Thanks for the great product!

I was suspicious about this charger due to its stated capacity but being much lighter that a verified 20,000mah battery pack. I also noticed that it didn't seem to last as long as the 20kmah when charging devices when I would take it hunting with me. I'm getting ready for a 5 day backpacking trip through the Grand Canyon and was tempted to bring this pack since it was lighter and stated a higher capacity. Just to be sure, I purchased a common multimeter seen in many other battery pack reviews. I depleted this pack where the LEDs wouldn't even turn on. I then fully charged it and started the testing.It only measured 9,700mah!!! This somewhat made sense to me since its weight is on par with other 10kmah batteries.I would say it works perfectly fine and will still be very useful for me knowing its true capacity. The most crucial feature is that it doesn't bleed power as it sits. So you can charge this up and leave it for months knowing it will be ready to go whenever you need it.

This thing works well to charge devices when it is full, but sometimes it won't charge. Sometimes I leave it on overnight and it just blinks or gets a single charge dot, other times i charge it for 1 hour and it seems to fill up as expected. Have tried the cable it came with as well as other known-good cables but there isn't anything that seems consistent.

I have bought A LOT of these 20,000mAh power banks and this is one that works so perfectly. My sons phone is always dead and he USES THIS CONSTANTLY! WHEN I SAY CONSTANTLY THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN. HE CAN GET 2 DAYS OFF CHARGING HIS IPHONE ON THIS. 2 DAYS WORTH? YOU KNOW IT'S GOOD

My wife uses her iphone constantly and is not always in close proximity to an electrical outlet. After complaining about battery not lasting all day I decided to purchase this as a power back-up. After using it on several occasions she tells me it works great and doesn't need to hunt down a receptacle to charge her phone.

I bought this because I live in a small town and we have power outages and last time my tablet was dead and the power was out for 6 hours. I use this for all my items like phones, tablets, and bluetooth headphones. It gives me a piece of mind and would be great for road trips or vacations.

Have used mostly in emergency [storm - no electric] situations. It works well and charges my iPhone and iPad easily.

This worked well on our trip. It did take 12+ hours to charge which was the only negative. Nice to have in case needed.
