Great product! Looks and feels sturdy. Helps with hyperextending the back to really engage the abs and doesn't slide from underneath.

Love love love!! Great quality & perfect “angle” in the curve! Bought a cheaper brand & the curve was too intense. Got this one and it’s just right! Super fast shipping. Would highly recommend!

Great tool
This has really helped my core workout. It is nice to get the extra extension yet still be stable and on the ground!

Great!
Great for abs! I hurt my back a few years ago and normal sit ups on the ground aggravate my lower back. With this I can do sit ups without my back aching and targets your core. For only $15 it is super worth it. Love mine and carry it to the gym even!

It Seems Pretty Good
It does what you expect an ab mat to do. Not too comfy as you sink into it but a firm foam that supports and cradles your back as you put in work. I use this for crunches, sit ups, and a knee pad for lunges/single leg squats. Was a bit expensive I thought but it's a great quality piece and seems like a worthwhile investment.

Outstanding product!
I really like this mat. It’s right up there with the top name brands but half the cost! I would choose this mat over and over. Great products made by this company. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for this companies future!
