No 'caps' to seal off bags included.
There are no small 'caps' to seal off the bag once full. Having looked at the item again, it does not say that these are provided, which is my own fault I guess. However, I have bought these bags from various suppliers in the past and the caps have always been included. The bags themselves are good quality.
