Awesome blockers!
My daughter uses these in her martial arts class so we bought a set for home. A little pricey but well built! You don't get quality for nothing. Invest in these and they will serve you well for years!

a great practice tool
a great practice tool and fun. I instruct a class in basic self defense technique and I use these so that my students can safely practice blocking. I cannot recommend them more highly. your students will have a great deal of fun learning to block with safety

Good Product but will need replacement over time.
I have used these a couple of times now to help my daughter with her training, and to teach my wife some things, and so far they have held up nicely. I have used these for years at martial arts school that I teach and after prolonged and frequent use they tend to lose their padding or the padding seperates from the plastic center, but they are inexpensive and will last for a good while.

Enjoy this item also. Just keep in mind they are larger blockers adult size. Kind of big if you have kids using them. I wanted them big so I could handle them for my son to practice with but when he tries to hold them for me they are awkward for him to use.
