These are amazing!!!! I don’t sleep well and these do make me sleep deeper. I still wake up like usual though out the night but I find it easier to fall back asleep. I do wish they weren’t so expensive

I don’t know. Sometimes I feel like they help and sometimes I don’t. They always leave a sticky residue which isn’t terrible but the last one I used gave me a rash from hell. I’ve been using these for a few months and sometimes have some bumps along the edges where the patch was but never this rashy. And they are a little too expensive.
