Solved my problem for a reasonable price
So far, this thing is pretty much everything I wanted. I bought it to use with two sets of Sony Wh-CH720N headphones. The process of hooking it up was pretty easy. My TV has an optical output (I suppose pretty much any new TV does) so that's a nice, easy one cable solution. The optical cable that comes with it is a bit short for my liking but I suppose that will be relatively easy to rectify with a longer optical cable (I probably have that somewhere. I just haven't used it for a long time and don't remember where I put it). The power cable is a bit more of an issue, as it's somewhat proprietary and is rather short. I am not sure my headphones are compatible with the "low latency" codec this thing claims it has but I haven't noticed any lag at all so far so whatever. The only slight qualms I have is getting both headsets connected was a bit confusing since there is no display and (as near as I can tell, no indicator for which (1 or 2) one you are attempting to connect. I mean, if your memory is normal I guess that might not be an issue but sometimes I forget stuff I just did so I didn't remember which button I pushed. But, I somehow got both headsets connected in relatively short order and found everything works as it should. I am also pretty impressed with the range, as it covers my entire apartment where the built in bluetooth in my PC starts cutting out about halfway. The complaints others have about the light flashing when not in use aren't really a big deal for me. Firstly because I can sleep with my lamp on most times so light doesn't even bother me. But also because you simply press the power button and hold it down for a couple seconds when you're done using it and it shuts the unit down (including the light). I suppose it would be nice if it had an automatic timeout but hey. I needed to solve the problem for two people to be able to listen wirelessly at the same time and this solves that problem for a reasonable price. A worry that I had before I got it was whether or not I'd be able to control the volume on each headset independently. Happy to report (with my Sony headphones, at least) that works. You just use the volume controls on the headphones. The volume control on the unit itself only raises the volume on both headsets equally so you have to adjust them individually for individual preference. Which is how I wanted it anyway. Overall, pretty decent product that will have you up and doing what you need to do right out of the box as long as your devices are compatible. Not taking any stars off for the lack of display because I knew that before I bought it. This company makes models with a display but they cost significantly more than I wanted to pay.

Does work for AptX AD, good range and audio quality with one odd quirk.
This took a little figuring out, but it does actually work well with the Bose QC Ultra 2 headphones and actually displays AptX Adaptive (high quality variable transmission). The manufacture had mis-information in their product comparison chart which they said they will update to show this is AptX AD compliant. My only issue is this is a VERY dominating BT device, meaning that it keeps pushing off other BT transmitter from the headphones so I actually have to power it off when I’m using another device (iPhone/Pad/TV/etc.). Great long range and transmission through thick walls and great quality audio. So the trade off on its very aggressive push to be the BT device is just 1 star off. We’ll see how it performs long term.

A Great Solution
I have used this product for 2 months now. It works so well! Set up was easy and I can connect any Bluetooth headset. I needed it so that I can operate both my sound bar and and my wireless headset at the same time. I use my PS5 as my streaming device. But Sony only allows their headset to connect to the PS5. The Sony headset will not operate at the same time as the sound from the TV. Using this product solves all my issues. I have some hearing loss therefore I don't hear the sound bar as well as my wife. I can't turn the sound bar up without hurting her.

Wish I had discovered this wonderful device sooner. I already have a pretty decent set of headphones, so just needed an adapter. Once setup, it automatically connects as soon as the headphones are turned on. No fuss, no muss. It's nice and small too, not a space hog. Once I corrected a few things with my own equipment, set up was a breeze - just a minute and done. Highly recommend this - the sound is so much more detailed compared to my tv's built in speakers, and absolutely no lag, or out of sync image to sound. If you are like me and a little technically challenged , or your " smart tv" was absent they installed the "smarts" here's a few things I came up against. If you're technically gifted, you don't have to continue reading. 1. My headphones hadn't been used for a while, and wouldn't go into pairing mode. Fix: press and hold the power/pairingbutton for a full 10 seconds, even if it flashes before then..this reset the pairing function. 2. Although my tv had a 3.5mm headset jack, I couldn't get any sound. Fix: go into the tv settings, sound, to see your output options...mine only offered tv internal speakers or optical, and that has to be turned on. I thought a smart tv would recognize the device and connection automatically, mine couldn't. Thankfully the device shipped with an optical cable. This time I powered on the device, turned on the headset, it paired in seconds, and wonderful sound.

I bought this Bluetooth transmitter because my last one kept dropping off. This unit keeps my Bluetooth Beats connected. I love how automatic the connection is. It also allows for my wife and I to connect seamlessly. It was very easy to set up.

I bought 2 sets. Within a few short minutes, I had the headphones paired and working on 1 tv using the optical connection. The unit draws very little current, so as another reviewer stated- if it is connected to the USB port, it will power up and down when the TV is switched on and off. That is awesome! I didnt want to have another power supply behind the TV. The unit is behind the TV, and still communicates to the headphones, even outside of the TV room. A little expensive for what it is, but it is definitely good quality, larger than anticipated. The other TV didnt work properly with the other unit. Tried the digital output, and I could not adjust the volume on the headphones, which made it kind of useless. I will be sending the 2nd unit back.

I bought the 1Mii B06TX+ Long Range Bluetooth 5.2 Transmitter because my 15 year-old sound system (Sony receiver/amp, Yamaha multi-CD player) is tucked away in a side room and I'd have to run wires through the ceiling or under the carpet for my old wired speakers. But with this, I can stream to my wireless speakers! This is brilliant! Initial hook-up and setup was a breeze, and the transmitter supports multiple speakers, so we can have them playing in separate rooms anywhere in the house or even outside on the deck! This is fantastic! I have several $1000s invested in CDs, and now all that music has a new life. Thanks, 1Mii -- this is exactly the device I needed! Edited to Add: unfortunately, I spoke a bit too soon. The next time I went to reconnect my speakers to the B06TX+ (having used them with other devices in the meantime), the unit just sat there, cycling through connection attempt after attempt. After several tries and much time spent, I factory-reset the B06TX+, then tried to re-pair my speakers with it, and got absolutely nowhere with that. Eventually I wrote to customer service and, to their credit, got a speedy (if not particularly useful) reply with suggestions that I'd already previously tried. Finally, in a pique of midnight desperation and having factory-reset EVERYTHING, I retried making the pairings -- and somehow succeeded this time. I now have both of my Sony SRS speakers talking to this device. The XB33 connects fairly quickly and reliably and has a great sound every time. The XB13 sometimes fails to connect properly even though the display indicates that it has; I then get either a garbled sound or no sound at all. Remaking the connection (or having the XB33 connected first) will eventually result in a clear, undistorted connection. It has been a bit of an exercise in frustration, but -- from the range of comments for similar devices here on Amazon -- it doesn't look as if there is a better transmitter out there and 1Mii dominates the market for these. When it works, I still think it's brilliant. When it doesn't, however, it's a trial of patience. Edit2: for me, the "magic sauce", having previously successfully paired my devices, is to begin with everything powered down. Start the receiver (in my case, a Sony wireless Bluetooth speaker); it should start blinking in ready-to-connect mode. Now press the power button on the B06TX+ and let it discover the waiting receiver. It usually reconnects in a very short time -- perhaps 1 or 2 tries on the part of the B06TX+. And be aware that if any other device which might be used with your receiver -- even a tablet or cellphone that's been put to sleep -- has Bluetooth on, it will interfere with the B06TX+'s ability to reconnect with your headphones or speaker. Feeling a lot better about this purchase now. We'll see how it stands up over the long term.
