I know how these install...but no directions came. Depress the grey collar then the pipe releases. No issues Worked great. (Somebody please tell the HOA to turn on the heat in their bathrooms for the winter,,,then this will not crack from freezing) No..wait a moment, dont tell them because thats how I earn a living. Yea, baby, let them remain ignorant then I can save the day.

Exact match for my buildings Elkay drinking fountain setup. Had one leaking inside the walls. Luckily, found the leak fast. Turned off the water valve and replaced this piece and is solved the problem. After 10-12 years these things do break, especially if you live in Michigan with the hot and bitter cold climate.

It does the job. Can't ask for more than that.
