Heavy for a hand held massager. It should have been light in weight

For the first time I received a product from Amazon without the original box. It came with the outer packing. Since everything was ok and it worked fine I am not complaining. Besides there is no instruction on how to use it.

since beginning the machine is giving problem, now not working at all. first thought over temperature protection, as it stops working after 5-6 minutes of use. then slowly it become difficult to stop after using the machine, need to stop from wall switch. now it is completely stopped working. even it can't be return as it is more than one month. is there any warranty? so that it can be repaired
