I got this so I can do stretches in my baby pool while I sunbathe. The instructional yoga mats are too expensive and I don't feel like their as effective. As far as I can tell, it's a great product. It's NOT as thick as the yoga mats. It's about half. I got another cheapy to go underneath it because I'm a bit of a wuss. The printing on the mat looks good. It's crisp and the directions are figuratively clear as well. Pictures with directions and number of reps. I have no estimation on how long the printing will last with regular use. I'll update printing durability after a couple months.

The mat has variousexercise sessions for people to learn and physically do. I like this mat has alot of good value to it. Very comfortable to work out on and rolls up nicely for out of the way storage. It arrived nicely packaged and boxed. Nothing much more to say other than don't stick your in a light socket.

It's a very good mat with good exercises printed right on the mat. The exercises are good for warm-up, cool down, or a good routine in itself.

Purchased 2 for the home gym, ordering 2 more already so we all have our own. Love the comfort level (thickness). Easy to wipe clean with wet cloths. Durable. The graphics depicting various good exercises to do on it are a great added touch AND a great exercise routine. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been IN LOVE with this mat. Slick look and great workout selection that makes warm-ups/stretches so convenient. Having this mat has been helping me be more consistent with working out.. I can’t be happier with this purchase. Worth the money 100%.Would also make a great gift.

pretty good with the stretch guide but the material is too normal for that price especially the thickness. Delivery speed was impressed with DHL but not good enough with the other one.
