This is a perfect desk for ergonomics. It is deep enough that you can have the monitor farther from your eyes and the curvature is good for resting arms while typing. For this price range you can’t get a one piece desktop of this size but most other desks put the line vertically so your arm is always on it and it’s obvious looking. This one is better because it’s horizontal and far back so you literally cannot see it or feel it unless you’re trying to. It looks and feels like one solid perfect desktop. And it’s smooth and nice to work on. The sit stand motor works great and easy to program heights, but for short people make sure you are ok with the lowest it goes. I’m short and it’s fine for me but I do have to raise my chair and use a footrest to be sitting at the proper angles for ergonomics. It raises and lowers at a good speed. The instructions for putting it together were extremely good and I had the whole thing in place I think in less than an hour, maybe like 30 mins. Everything was very nice and easy to put together, it was well designed and the metal materials are high quality so fit together well and feels sturdy. They also include Velcro and 3m attachments to organize cords and those are super nice. The cut outs for cords pop open to let you pass thicker cords and holds them nicely when you put it back in. The wire basket for power strip can be moved after installation if you change your mind, but it’s far enough back that it doesn’t hit my knees anywhere. Out of everything I’ve ever put together this is one of the best, if not the best, for ease and clarity and knowing it is solid. For me the desk arrived in a box that was completely busted open during shipping and the desk top was scratched and chipped. I emailed the seller and they responded right away and were extremely nice and helpful in resolving the issue. Everything about this company seems top notch, their designers, engineers, customer service. I would def recommend this desk or anything from this seller.

After using this every day for the last 2 months, I can say a few things. For one, the assembly wasn't the worst but could definitely be better. The L shape and height adjustability work better than I was expecting and the stability at lower settings is pretty great. At max height, it does sway a fair bit but not enough to cause any problems/concern. For the price it's a non issue to me. The slight L shape of the desk seemed more like a gimmick, but I found it really convenient. For working, gaming, and using my drawing tablet, the extra right arm leverage this desk gives me is actually kinda remarkable. Sitting normally, I have plenty of support past my elbow without having to sit up super close or upright. Keep in mind that the desktop is split into two pieces than get screwed together and biscuit jointed in the middle. You definitely see it's two pieces, but in use it's no detriment to stability or use at all. It's real drawbacks are the assembly/instructions, audibility of the motors (they're not loud but not silent), stability at standing height, and kinda disappointing max standing height. None of these come close to ruining it's recommendability for me but they should be brought up. It's best features are it's L shape, height adjustability, programmable height settings, decent enough adjustment speed, stability, ease of moving across carpet (without the little circular screw in feet), solidity, and price. Overall this is my new go-to recommendation for a standing desk.

When I saw the box I though for sure there will be some damage inside. To my surprise, the parts were mostly undamaged but for a very small scratch to one panel. All other parts were without damage. Having had a large share of IKEA items in the past including desks for my college kids, I have to say I am impressed by the quality of this desk. Every part feels a little more premium than other pieces I have put together in the past. The hardware is well packed and the instructions are clear. The electrical cord for the desk is insanely long so no issues finding power. I also bough a $19 computer monitor arm and now I have plenty of room to work. Great purchase. I will report on durability soon.

Update after 3 years: The table top itself continues to peel/fray at the edges and I cover those parts with clear tape to avoid cuts to my forearm. It is still good enough and my opinion hasn't changed: decent value but personally I would prefer to pay more for actual wood table or other material instead of this plywood/particle board (whatever you call it) that peels. -- It was very easy to assemble but not idiot-proof. Pay close attention to diagrams and make sure each part is facing the right way, I had to disassemble three times to get it right. I had a standing desk at work that was much better. This one is not too loud but shakes the floor of my apartment when rising which I worry will disturb neighbors. My work-around is to do it gradually as it takes a second to get to the floor shaking phase so I press the button for half a second, let go, press again repeatedly until it reaches the desired height. Also the table top itself feels cheap, it is kind of sharp and is not comfortable for your arms. Honestly its pretty good for the money, I really like the corner on the right and everything else works fine, but I would not recommend this to a friend, I would say to go up and invest in a higher quality table from Costco or Fully/Jarvis tables.

Have been using this desk now for 2 weeks and I have been loving it!! Was very easy to set up by myself and it works very well!! Exactly what I needed. Provides enough space for a laptop, large monitor, keyboard, mouse, small lamp and two plants! It is a great size. Many people comment about the split down the middle of the desk, but I have yet to notice it. Feels very sturdy, controls work great and it allow you to pre-set custom heights. And compared to other desks on amazon and on other sites, like Wayfair, this was a great price for this desk. Highly recommend this desk for people who are working from home or getting sick of sitting all day. Having the option to stand is great!!

Desk has been easy to assemble. Yes, the top is made of 2 pieces but it is almost unnoticeable and it really is not a problem. All parts has been received in good condition. I have been using it for 2 weeks, and I am fully satisfied. I had concerns when I read a few reviews saying motor was noisy or seemed to be too weak but I was gladly surprised that it is not the case. Motor is really quiet, dosen't seem to be struggling, and speed is just right. Also was wondering about stability when desk is risen, but again I am happy with sturdiness. Risen position is quite steady for working on a compurer, but I guess itt could be wiggling if you are drawing and erasing often. The one review with a video of unstable desk was probably not mounted correclty or on an unstable floor. Programming personnalized heights is easy. I wish there would have been a basket underneath, like there is for the rectangular desk model, but it doesn't affect my satisfaction of the product.

I'm writing this review on day 1 of owning it, so if anything changes I'll update it. Cheapest "L" shaped desk I could find, and it's surprisingly easy to assemble, high quality. Notes: - Heavier than expected, not a pro or a con. - Goes up and down faster than expected, also not a pro or a con Pros: - Easy to assemble, did it by myself. - Wood grain is actually nicer than what the pictures show on the page. It doesn't look green/yellow like the images on Amazon, which is a plus. - Since it's heavy, it's sturdy. - Came with high quality velcro cable ties! Screw cutting zip ties! Cons: - Kind of wish it had a power bar built in, but honestly it's not a big deal - there's a cage to put a power bar in that works just fine.

The motor can be quieter. Else the HW Quality is decent.

Works perfectly, was easy to set up. Feel solid Fits my two monitors and laptop with space to to write/type, etc.
