Frustrated with the non standard sizing of the blocks. The ones that are supposed to be the same, aren't quite. Once you take them out of the bucket, they'll never all fit back in there again. I do like that there's No paint and it's natural wood though. Just disappointed at the lack of uniformity in each "size" and the sheer number of the smallest blocks.

Every kid should have wooden blocks to play with and expand their imaginations, be creative, be a kid... these are AWESOME!

Very happy with these blocks. I wish there were more quality toys made in the USA like this. The blocks themselves are pretty durable. The pieces and sizing all complement each other nicely, making building things easy and fun. I also appreciate that these come in a bucket.

These blocks just took over as the go-to toy in our house. With an abundance of young kids always around, and a constant deterrence to having an abundance of unused toys and clutter, I am hesitant to add anything to our play areas. These blocks have secured a spot though. I love all the different shapes including columns that come in the bucket, love that there aren't pre-laid plans or examples of what to build that limit the children's creative freedom like many building sets. I love that they are natural wood without anything added to make me concerned when (not if) they get put in mouths.You can see in the video our first time getting them out. They were an instant hit and kept all 6 kids busy for almost an hour, which is a huge feat! I am so glad that the blocks came with instructions on how to get them back into the bucket by laying the longest pieces on the bottom with the columns stacked in the space to the sides. It only took telling the two 5 year olds that 'tip' and pretty soon it was a game to get all the blocks in the bucket and close the lid.We'll be enjoying these for years to come!

We bought this awesome bucket of blocks for our (almost) 4-year-old (couldn't wait for his birthday... oops!) and they have been a mega-hit.Why?#1: The quality is far superior to any block set I've ever seen. And with two small boys, we've seen a lot. They are smooth, sturdy, and we love that they are natural wood without paints that the toddlers-to-come would undoubtedly chew off at some point.#2: There are a crazy wide variety of shapes and sizes that provide unlimited creative possibilities. Most of the block sets we've experimented with have at the most 8 - 10 different shapes. This set has 24! With different sizes of wedges and the "window" block, our castles (since that's what our boys – and I – love to build most) have never been so epic.#3: They keep the boys and their friends engaged for a LONG time – and with 190 blocks to go around, we don't have 'scarcity issues.' Whether dad is playing along and we do a co-op project with the goal of making the biggest tower ever or if three little boys are playing with them and simply don't want to share, there are PLENTY of blocks for every scenario.#4: Made in the U.S.A, baby! And the craftsmanship, the ability to contact the manufacturer if necessary, and the awesome helps on the website for great ideas and maintenance show it.#5: Not electronic! How easy is it to get a new app and plop your kids in front of the iPad? There are some great, educational apps, for sure, but today it's so awesome to find a non-electronic toy they love. It feels so natural, raw, and human to let them develop creativity and coordination with something so simple.#6: "I love you, Dad!" While we don't get our boys everything they want, sometimes it's super rewarding to get something we know they will LOVE and to hear those words (watch the video... he's adorable).NOTE: The set comes with a big bucket that is very convenient. However, there is a proper way to place the blocks back in the bucket. Fortunately, Back to Blocks provides those important-to-follow instructions. If you don't load the blocks appropriately, they don't fit. And while that may be a slight inconvenience, it's better, in my mind, than a ridiculously huge bucket that would accept the blocks in any haphazard clean-up process. And once you get it down, it's a snap!In summary, I would recommend these blocks to anyone looking for an amazingly durable, classic toy that will keep your kids/grandkids/self engaged for a loooong time in a completely guiltless way ;)

Where do I begin...These blocks have been a HIT with all 4 of my kiddos, ages 6-14. The moment they arrived (which was speedy fast delivery) they were immediately opened and played with. I love that they encourage imaginative play! They were used to build a "cool tower", they were incorporated into the wooden and GeoTrax trains to make epic bridges and tunnels, they've been used as marble runs, my girls and their friends pulled them out to make additional furniture pieces for their doll houses and my 6 yr old and I had a sword fight with them yesterday. The possibilities have been endless!! They are durable and constructed well, with smooth edges and surfaces. Worth every penny!

I bought these blocks for my grandchildren and they LOVE them! I wanted a set with enough blocks for several of them to play and build at the same time. When they say that this is the Super Stacker Set, they are right! I like how there is a wide variety of blocks and that they are all-natural with no chemicals. That was important to me. I also like that they are light and durable so I can easily carry the bucket. The only downside to these blocks is that you can't simply toss these blocks into the bucket when you are done playing. There is a set of instructions that show you how to strategically stack the blocks back in place. It's not a problem with my older grandkids, but requires my help with the younger ones. All in all, very pleased with my Back to Blocks set.
