Don't hesitate, just buy it!!! This spray has changed the game for me and I couldn't be more in love with it. I've used it for 10 days and it has helped me sleep so much better and feel good when I wake up. It might be one of the best things I've ever bought myself.For the past 10 years, I have had trouble falling asleep quickly, usually taking 1-4 hours to fall asleep. I always get scared to try different sleep aids since I have melatonin sensitivity, like a dose that should make me get 8 hours will knock me out for 48 hours. I was so nervous that this spray would either be too strong and knock me out for a day or that it wouldn't be strong enough, and I'd still be lying awake at 3 am.I can confidently say that this spray has had such a huge impact on me, and I don't know how I could ever not use it. Usually, I only have a night or two a month where I can fall asleep within an hour, but I have been able to get to sleep within an hour (sometimes a half hour!) 8 out of 10 days. This is the first sleep aid I've had that doesn't make me feel groggy and slow the next day, I actually feel refreshed and have been able to be more productive during the day since I'm finally getting consistent sleep. No nightmares, no racing thoughts keeping me up til 4 am, no drowsy feeling, no negative side effects. I found that I do sleep better when I use the shower gel and lotion that goes with this spray, but they aren't necessary, and the spray does its job on its own. 2-3 sprays on my pillow and I'm setThe only thing I don't love about this is the scent, like it doesn't smell bad but I wouldn't buy a perfume of it. Great spray. I originally used this spray while staying at a hotel. It helped me to sleep so well that when I got home from my travels, I ordered it from Amazon. I wish it would come in a larger bottle though. Very nice lavender scent.

I can't really say that this product works.I have slept OK but I don't know if I was just tired or if this product is helping me fall asleep it's hard to determine.Being that it is hard to determine or difficult to determine the amount of money they want for this stuff is like I said in the subject it's about 10 times way too expensive.For the product that you get that keeps falling off in my suitcase and then the product discharging in my suitcase… Which is another story altogether… I just don't see how they justify their price for. It's not that great of a product.For what they charge I should be able to spray that onto my pillow plopping bed and be asleep in five minutes without any other methods or possibly melatonin etc. and this does not do that, it smells really good though.I think you're paying for a lovely smelling substance that you… I'm not sure what this darn stuff does but I don't know...Don't buy it, you're wasting your money.And if you are very curious still go ahead and buy it but I'm pretty sure you're going to come to the same conclusion that I did.
