Marz Sprays Shine Vitamin Sublingual Spray, Clear, Cinnamon, 1 Fl Oz

I bought this to give me a boost when I am lagging throughout the day, and especially when I am driving and feel extremely fatigued. I have tried it a few different times adjusting the doses and did not notice any difference in more energy. It did seem like within the hour I was actually more tired.

Did not work for me. I think they're a waste of money.

This also just seem to be like a placebo effect as at one point I gained a slight fever for three days and like a slight cold coming on. It didn't seem to fight off or prevent any extra colds that came around and that my normal body could have fought off.

I keep the Reboot Energy Spray next to my bed. Each morning I use the spray when my alarm first goes off then hit snooze. When the alarm goes off again 10 minutes later I am always ready to get right up. I usually do 5-7 sprays each time and within those 10 minutes I experience a noticeable increase in energy. It lasts for a few hours and when it wears off I don't experience a drastic drop in energy. It's a good gradual drop. I use it in the afternoon for a second boost most days. I hadn't told my husband I was using this and on the third day he asked, "What's up with you and all this energy?" I was very impressed that it was working well enough for my (usually oblivious) husband to notice. :-) Prior to using the spray I took a B-12 capsule daily. The spray is more convenient and it works faster and longer. I also love the cinnamon taste. It's an energy boost and breath spray all in one. I received this product as part of a promotion in exchange for my honest review and opinions on the product. I do not typically use energy products other than caffeine from teas but something about this sparked my interest. I believe it was and is the ease of the product. The container is quite small and easy to stash in my purse pocket or in my jeans pocket as I am running out the door to another busy day of life. I like that it was only a few sprays on the tongue and the ReBoot was to kick in. And it did, but I will get to that in a moment. The taste is okay. It is not my favorite taste but it doesnt make my nose crinkle either. It has a touch cinnamon"ish" flavor to me. Reminds me of fall and warmth. It was very easy to administer and use. Great packaging and delivery system. So, the first time I tried it, I did so casually on a Sunday afternoon. The next thing I knew I managed to fold all the laundry, cook dinner and crocheted a hat. It then dawned on me that I had tried the product a few hours earlier. I mentioned this to my husband and he decided to give it a try a few days later. He had a very similar experience in after administering the product he looked back several hours later to discover his focus and energy levels were in fact kicked in to overdrive. We both are quite happy with this product and will keep it around to use when we need that extra kick or REBOOT to get us going.

The media could not be loaded.  I really like that it is small enough to fit nicely in a pocket or small purse, and can take it anywhere. The cinnamon flavor is almost as good as your standard cinnamon-flavored gum or candy. And with no sugar or calories, so I'm impressed with the taste! I must disclose I have suffered from chronic fatigue for a decade, and have worked full time night shift for the past 5 years. I have tried just about every energy supplement out there, and this was one of the more effective ones with less side effects. I have been using it for about 12 days now, trying to find the right number of sprays for me. It says up to 7 sprays in between meals, or as needed. I started at 7 sprays daily and am now up to 7 sprays about 4-5 times daily. With this dose, I am still fatigued all the time but noticed a minor increase in motivation to get up and do things as well as get myself out of bed. Given my history of debilitating fatigue despite trying countless supplements, I was not expecting to see any change at all, so I was pleasantly surprised. I am not thrilled there is caffeine in it, and I am not happy that I need such a high dose for effectiveness, but then again I'm not sure if my chronic fatigue makes me an outlier.I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review in my own words.UPDATE: After about a month, I think I've finally figured out how to best use this product and how it effects me. I had to update to 5 stars because I've noticed that the spray is very equivalent to coffee in how it makes me feel- but the spray has no calories or sugar, and is a lot quicker, easier, more portable and inexpensive to use than coffee. So if you are drinking coffee solely for the pick-me-up, I recommend this instead! About 7-8 sprays is equivalent to a cup of coffee for me energy-wise. These days I am only needing to use it once or twice a day- once when I wake up, and once before lunch if I'm particularly tired. It did take me a month to figure out how to use it and I guess for my body to get accustomed to it- but it's been well worth it!
