The phone itself is awesome so far, when you've switched from a phone that only had 2gb ram and froze up constantly, to a phone that has 4gb ram you really can tell the difference in how fast the phone is loading apps and playing games on it.Pros about this phone are: 4GB ram and 64GB of storage which can be expanded to 128GB with a micro SD, it has android 11 and dual sim too, fingerprint and facial recognition are awesome features on the phone.Cons: the phone feels very fragile and light in your hand like your holding a glass phone or something, for this i recommend buying a phone case for it too.

Refurb condition is great (screen/case good) however, GPS doesn't work and the voice assistant opens every 5 mins draining the battery - assume faulty refurb/repair.Screen is also 3rd party, dimmer than it should be.
