2 Two Person Indoor Whirlpool Massage Hydrotherapy White Bathtub Tub with BLUETOOTH, FREE Remote Control and Inline Water Heater

1st- I have to say this is a beautiful tub! Absolutely stunning! It defiantly has all the bells and whistles. Color changing lights, radio,bubbles,head rest it has it all! I don't think I've seen anything else ever like it and I feel like a queen in this tub. So your probably wondering why I put four stars and not five. Well as much as I love everything about this bath time spa experience I have to wait to enjoy it for an hour after I turn the water on to fill. I don't think this faucet has the power output strong enough to fill this tub correctly. I do however feel this is a fixable issue. But, when I contact the seller, he sends me to his service guy in California and that guy never calls me back. He says he will check into the issue.ive sent video of the flow of water through the faucet if sent pics. He hasn't called me back yet. I will wait the hour to enjoy this bath because it is worth it. I just start the water and go cook dinner, eat and then get my bath. And this bath does include a heater so, no worries on the water going cold during fill up. I do think the faucet water pressure could be corrected and it should be better, maybe I have a defect. Who knows! I'm sure this will be resolved soon. I honestly think the company is very quick to respond and get your issues resolved but the maintance guy is falling short on his part. I've sent 3 emails to fix this issue and each one had a response time of less than a day and sent to maintance guy. The maintenance guy calls the very next day. He just hasn't followed through with the issue. Which is on him not the company. I have waited for a long time to write this because I was really wanting to give a full five stars but, I decided it may not get resolved any time soon.

As of now I am giving this product a three star rating only because we have not completely setup the tub. The description states "Now with Bluetooth", however, there are no instructions on how to pair the bluetooth with my phone or any mention of bluetooth in the one (1) manuel I received. This manual states "massage bathtub" and is 4 pages long with big font. Not a lot of information. Please give me a website or link to an instruction manual. I would love to give this product a proper review.

This product comes with little to no instructions on how to install. I've tried to get plumbers to install it for me for 2 years with no luck. My current plumber is working his butt off to figure it out. The instructions the company sent aren't even for this tub. Parts are missing as well. So far, a waste of money.

Very poor quality. The sides are flimsy and do not look very good. When I read that the weight of the tub was 450lbs I thought it would be decent quality. The reality is that the tubs might be 200lbs. Myself and one other guy carried it with no problem. I wish I would of bought a different unit. And the directions are useless.

Let me start by saying that I don't do too many reviews. However for this one I felt that I needed to because of the quality of product and also because of the service.The whirlpool tub was delivered via freight service/curb-side. It took a couple of us to uncrate, remove skirting and carry it into the house. Once there it was just a matter of hooking it up via plumbing electrical. Note: that by default the air pump, water pump, and inline heater are all on one single circuit. That means you'll need a 30amp single pole breaker as it runs about 24-25 amps. With that resolved, the whirlpoot tub works wonderfully and very comfortably fits two people. The features of the unit are fantastic and I was impressed with the sound quality and ease of the bluetooth compatability.The only issues we really had was that originally the manuals for the control panel and remote that were sent were for a different model and not this one which included bluetooth. It seems that with the bluetooth, a new control panel and remote are used. This though is where the service of MCP Distribution shined. I had a few different emails back and forth over a couple of days as well as a quick phone call. They were extremely responsive and more than willing to help. I would normally have rated this 4/5 (I'm pretty tough on ratings) but I am giving it a five because the support provided just added value to the overall purchase/experience.We are very happy with the product and service provided. I've only used it twice & I love it! Jets work well. It's very relaxing. The lights & music adds to the ambiance. I've gotten many compliments with the tub.

This tub is super awesome! Can't wait to use it!

It's big, beautiful and the cherry on top of my remodel. Well built, heavy, took two large guys and a dolly to get off the curb. The packaging crate was well built and survived the trip just fine. I recommend having professional help installing it. We literally built the walls around this tub.
