This is a knock-off/clone of the London Bridge kit, but for the price the quality is actually amazing. You could've told me this was an $80-$100 item and I would've believed it. Quality materials, great stitching, and multiple ways to mount it onto basically any belt out there. Holds a good amount of IFAK supplies, and has the steel cable quick release that's also well-made. I'm sure we've all taken a chance on a low-cost amazon find and it didn't work out, but this is not the case at all. Definitely buy with confidence, this was 100% worth it.

Solid IFAK pouch if you have a compact kit. The pouch is relatively small and thin but is built well. Ideal size for a belt IFAK but you have to be realistic about what fits in it. Don't expect to fit a CAT TQ plus an entire IFAK in there. But easily holds the basics without being overly cumbersome.

I've been wanting to get a med pouch that can be deployed quickly. I was just worried about reconnecting the cables but they're easy to put back in and theres no worries about it falling out. Yanking out the cables is easy to do and get to. Been running around with it and it hangs into without any issues

Fits everything a blow out kit should have. Easily deployed. So far has held up to some abuse.

The stitching on this fabric is super solid, and the ripcord design feels very well built. I also have plenty of room to organize all of my medical supplies without anything feeling cramped. Overall, great quality and definitely worth it for anyone building out a med kit.

It works exactly as described, and the price was great. The only problem I had was ordering OD, but receiving OCP. I’m keeping it, but I will be ordering another OD in the future. Maybe that was a clever scheme to get me to buy two, but the joke is on them- it’s good enough that I’d have wanted another, anyway! 😂 EDIT: 6 April, 2025, I ordered another in coyote brown, and that’s what I received. Still have to get one more in ranger green. Excellent pouch, and well worth buying more for other rigs!

I love the design of this pouch. I currently have it mounted to the outside of my day pack with the mole straps. It holds really well I haven’t had any issues yet. I did practice with it a few times and it deploys really nice. It gets hung up sometimes but you just have to pull like your life depends on it. But once you rip out the pull tab and the pouch opens up you can clearly see everything. Repacking can be a little time consuming depending on how much medical supplies you keep in your blowout kit.
