I dropped my phone tonight. When I picked it up, I saw then spiderweb in the corner and the cracks running from top to bottom. It fell hard, about 4 feet onto asphalt, and skidded about 3 feet. On it's face. Maybe "dropped" was the wrong word...You can imagine my relief when I peeled off the Magglass and saw that the screen underneath was undamaged!As a screen protector, this is the best thing for your S20+. You'll have to press a little harder on the screen than you are accustomed to, and the fingerprint sensor is frustratingly useless about 80% of the time. But you won't have to pay $500 to replace the screen when you drop your phone.I wanted a screen protector that would allow me to use my fingerprint, and this one said it would, but it doesn't. However, I bought it to protect my screen, and it did that amazingly well. I initially bought 2, and installed the backup tonight. And I'm ordering another right now, because I know I'm going to keep throwing my phone onto the ground.

I was following the steps on the lil guide they give they and when I was peeling the sticker off the protective screen I noticed the sticker left a mark on the sticky side not the front side where it was, through the protector screen, please send a replacement. Third pick is showing the curvature of the screen indicating that it's the inside of the screen protector

I am the most accident prone person I know. Like not graceful, unlucky, if it can go wrong it's happened to me. This screen saver had saved my phone at least 10 times. I mean I dropped it from the top of my suv to my rock driveway. I've done this before I used the screen protector and my phone was a total loss. I was scared to pick my phone up, afraid of another total loss. My screen was perfect!!! This screen SAVER is a life saver.

It was easy to install but as others have mentioned the fingerprint area seems to have a filmy residue on it and my phone cannot read my fingerprint when trying to reset my fingerprints. I can no longer use it for identification and will need to enter my pin and/or passwords for apps and websites. Very annoying!

Picked this for the great installation guide to align the protector to the screen, but within weeks microcracks starting appearing on the edges and one crack that is about an inch long starting from the edge. I am not hard on the phone so I think it has to do with the curved edges of the screen. I'm returning it since I am within the return window. I agree with others the finger print sensor doesn't recognize the finger print, but that means I have to reset up the finger printer reader again.

Got this product today to put on my phone. I was very reluctant to order it as it and all the others had such bad reviews. But I gave it a shot and this is just day one but so far the fingerprint works for me and I had no problem applying it and it seemed to have stuck well. We will see how it works in the coming days ahead. But so far satisfied. I dont know how it will work for you but for me it worked out fine.

I follow the instructions to redo the finger print scanner after application. But after application it was very hard to even get the first new reading. Now opening the fon with the finger print reader it often takes so many tries it times me out

If anyone that's spends over $1k for a phone, one should get the best to protect their investment. I got this product because many youtubers have tested this product and claims the fingerprint sensor will work. At first, after installation, the fingerprint sensor did work for a day, and then it would not work. After rescanning my fingerprint, it would work again. The fingerprint sensor would frequently not work, claiming that the fingerprint sensor was dirty. After a month of using this screen protector, I understand why the phone is not detecting my prints. The adhesive on the fingerprint sensor has started to separate from the phone.After finding out the issue, I emailed ESR (company that sells this product), and no reply.There aren't many glass protectors out on the market for the S20 line that works with the finger print sensor. I will say this will work, but eventually it will fail. When you seek for assistance from the company, no one will reply, but they have time to update their website.
