This Hap Tim soft cooler has been amazing. First off, it's very well insulated, great quality The actual cooler portion of it is great. it has a rubber bottom, so it won’t leak, is waterproof, plus don’t slip. The cooler keeps things nice and cold for a great amount of time - which is a huge plus. It is a great size, so you can store drinks or food in the cooler - plenty of room for whatever you need to keep cold. It's easy to carry and I love that it can be carried with the handles or the strap, whatever you prefer. It also has a bottle opener attached which is a great added little feature. Love everything about this cooler, one of the nicest ones I have ever used. This sturdy, soft-sided cooler not only wipes clean, but collapses flat to 4.57" for compact storage. When is open the cooler measures 16.53" L x 9.84" W x 10.23" H. Overall we love this cooler and with the high quality we think it will last a very long time. Highly recommended

The company contacted me after my first review, and since the purchase of my cooler they had made some improvement. They offered me a new, improved cooler to use. This weekend I went to a party and was able to fit my drinks, Ice, and food to take in it. I purposely left the ice loose in the cooler since this had been a problem with the first one (leaking) and it was my goal to see how it held up. The cooler walls and bottom seemed thicker to me than my first one, however I was still concerned that the bottom wasn't going to hold up from the weight I put in the cooler. When I got home from the party the ice had maintained itself and there was very little melting. I decided to leave the ice in overnight and put the cooler over my sink in case the cooler leaked. Nine hours later I was happy to say that I still had ice cubes and very little water in the cooler. THERE WAS NO LEAKAGE FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE COOLER EITHER. I live fifteen miles from a grocery store and live in Florida so this cooler has gone with me twice so far to the grocery store to bring home eggs, meat, and frozen food home. It has done an excellent job. I will continue to use it and really dole the capacity! (Original Review: LOVE the size and what I can get in it. I use it to get groceries home, but also used it on a 5000 mile trip this summer. It leaks so do not put loose ice in it, a disaster, since it sat on a leather seat which it soaked. So if you use Ice packs it’s okay, but it doesn’t keep things cold enough for like a day at the beach. Not insulated enough.)

I bought it for a 10 day vacation to South Texas. It fit very compact in my suitcase. The day after we arrived we went to a beach party & I had it loaded down full with beer & ice. It was easy to carry by myself but also was nice when we had to go about half mile down the beach & we could both partner carry it using the side handles. We primarily bought it for the beach party but we would up using it daily during our 10 day trip. We would fill a gallon zip lock bag with ice every morning from the hotel & it made an awesome refrigerator as we went places & purchased things we usually would not have been able to preserve. The bottle opener on the side & the little velcro access opening on the top are awesome features we used often. It worked so well tgat my girlfriend decided during the trip to use it to transport 4 dozen prized tamales from a special restaurant, a bag of fresh local limes & some special cheese. We put 3 freeze packs in it & carried it on our flight as a carry on bag & it easily stored under the seat in front of me on both flights. When we returned home she permanently borrowed it and has pretty much taken ownership of it so I'm buying another one. I love this cooler!!!!!

I liked the color of this bag. It didn't leak on me but the bottom of the bag did 'sweat' towards the bottom on the outside. The velcro hole at the top to get a drink was convenient. We went to the st louis zoo at the end of July where the heat index was 104. I truly tested this by Leaving in a hot car with windows rolled up. I would say the ice would last an estimated 6 or 7 hours. 5 hours left us with ice cold water but there was still ice in it. Put it this way, I would only keep drinks in it unless you have packaged products that are safe to put in ice water (ex, NO Popsicles in a box; YES- fruit in a completely sealed plastic bag). The reason why I'm giving this is a 4 is because of how it collapses. I watched several videos and couldn't find one that showed how to do it correctly. It folded fine but what I was expecting was it to look like a laptop bag but the top of the bag wasn't secured. I also wish there was more clarification on if this could be washed in laundry. So far, I've read it could be wiped down which is easy to do.

Like it. We use this in the car for road trips. Not having to open the whole lid makes it a lot simpler. Seems to keep everything comfortably chilled.

Awesome nah head this for 4 years now still the sane as brought it usually bag rip on the inside from food containers but not this one took use and keep for cold while on the hot truck all day.

Light and sturdy.

Love this cooler. Keeps everything fresh and cool. Just right size for casserole dishes. Leaves plenty of room for other things in trunk as it easily folds when not in use. It is light and easy to carry.

Decent item, pretty big in size, holds well together, keeps everything cool at least for 24h that I've tested it for, love how it collapses for easier storage and the extra pocket came in handy for our wallets and mobile phones.
