I watched a seesion with Jim Kwick on Mindvalley about jump starting the brain in the am. Suggestions like taking a cold shower, brushing teeth with my non-dominate hand have been helpful.The most helpful was starting the day with a cup of water and having tea. Per his suggestion and my research on herbs that feed r brain and neruo I came across Smart Tea. It has most of the ingredients suggested. I add more guto kola in the form of an extract. The tea is not only delicious even when I add turmeric but also feels effective. Now with only 7 tea bags left I had to subscribe. I have notice decrease in my ADHD symptoms, more control over my anxiety, increased memory and blood flow also that I am more aware and present, my memory and tolerance has increased as I am have less mental fatigue . Now I start my day with Smart Tea and suggest other do too.

I love the taste of this tea. As a fan of "not so sweet" teas, this is the perfect addition before dinner with its herby rosemary flavor. It helps keep my brain functioning after a long time at work so I can finish the day on a good note. Honestly a great price for the amount of teabags you get, in my opinion. Don't know if it'll make me any more able to remember things, but I'm happy with it nonetheless. It also arrived incredibly fast. Very happy!

I'm a coffee person and have always wished I could stand the taste of tea, particularly for its health benefits. Fortunately, I stumbled on this red tea series, and my absolute favorite is Get Smart. I love the taste, it does help me focus to do the stuff I have to do when I come home from work, and it has no caffeine, which I appreciate, having loaded up on coffee all day. I also like Get Relaxed (rather than Get Some ZZZZ's, which gives me reflux) and Get Happy.

Tastes amazing and you get a decent amount of value in terms of quantity, but as for the nootropic benefits? I'm not so sure. It is definitely relaxing but I do not feel any improvements in cognitive performance - not that I expected it to but it is how this is advertised. Overall, great tea. I would buy it again just for the flavor.

I drink this tea EVERY morning! I don't know if it is a placebo or not, but I swear it helps my brain focus and settle into my tasks for the day.

I am a coffee person and definitely not good for the health. This helps me limit my coffee consumption in the mornings and definitely helps to focus! Love it!
