Great pocket knife
This knife is just the right size for a pocket. It feels very well made.

Junk. Quite simply - JUNK.
Blade side grinding - terrible, not flat, wavy.Blade sharpness - less that adequate.Foldability - nonexistent. Even after oiling it, I had great trouble getting it open. Never did get it closed. Even tried a couple dowels in a vise to compress the blade lock. That just crushed the dowel wood.Handle finish - adequate polish, not too bad.I am a machinist. They should be ashamed.Junk. Quite simply - JUNK.

The only problem I have with this knife is it had a lot of grit in it! I guess from polishing. And the ball of the blade when opening and closing, half is NOT polishing so it feels rough half way through opening. But worth the price by a long shot.

Super small and difficult to open, but easily remedied in most cases.
Note: Not a Vine Voice related review.I really like the small size and sturdy construction for such an inexpensive little knife. The trade off as others have pointed out is that there is little leverage in the short locking lever when closing the stout little locking spring. Indeed, smooth jawed 10" pliers were needed to open the locking mechanism the first time on a few of the ones I ordered as gifts. They are shipped surrounded in a rubbery foam liner, in the open position BTW-- most lock-backs are shipped closed (perhaps this is why the spring issue is not caught by QC). I have found that leaving the knife 3/4 of the way open (in a safe place away from children and pets of course) for about an hour pre-stressed the spring enough that it could be closed normally without recourse to tools. I suppose there is a risk of the spring breaking using this method, but it did not happen with the ones I tried it out on.

Ordered for my husband to replace a lost knife of the same size. He loves it. Perfect to carry all the time for quick small jobs. Exactly as described.
