Good afternoon treat when really needed on a long day.

It's a "treat" in the morning and there's no after lunch rundown.

Love this for early morning running gives me the little boost I need. It also works well on days when you are a little tired. Taste great. The same company has sleep aids as well that work great for those nights when all the energy you needed during the day but couldn't get suddenly shows up when your head hits the pillow!! LOL! Two of these bottles contents were MELTED into a huge Glob!!! What a mess!! I demand a refund for these 2 bottles.

I first bought these on a whim when I saw them in the check out area of Whole Foods. I was very pleased with them--the chocolate/coffee combination is delicious, and as I only eat 2 at a time, I'm not consuming the "full dose" but still feel like I get a little lift of energy from them.After this serendipitous find, every time I went to Whole Foods, I bought a few (there is not a WF near me, so this was a rare treat). Then, HAPPY DAY, they showed up at my local Wegman's and each week, I bought a couple (note: the packs bought in retail are much smaller than the one offered here--maybe 8 candies per package). HORRORS, one day they were on massive, massive sale. While I happily scooped by some 20 or more packs, I knew this was because Wegman's was discontinuing them.So, as my reserves dwindled, I looked on Amazon & decided to buy a package here. It arrived in good shape BUT in a HUGE box with a big cool pack. I was horrified at the waste involved here, even though I have put the cool pack in my freezer and will certainly re-use it. This brings me to my only criticism of the candies--while they look like large, round M&Ms they do MELT. I learned this disagreeable fact one day recently when I had put two in my jeans pocket. I reached into that pocket while in the grocery store, only to feel a wad of ...something. gooey... (I had forgotten about the candies). I pulled out the melted candy and that's when I realized that they are sensitive to heat.If I order them again, I'll wait until winter, when the cool pack and MASSIVE box to accommodate it won't be necessary.

For me the energy level was a little low, but I shared with coworkers that found it perfect. Dollar for dollar they are effective easy to take and lasting.
