With that being said, I manage my IBS-D with this medicine.This works as well as the #1 national brand for me.What’s nice about this may sound silly, but the packaging is nice. It’s a freaking pill for crying out loud! Imagine that, pills in a pill bottle work well! NOTHING is worse when you’re having a diarrhea attack than screwing around with the stinking foil blister packs that you can never get open quickly. When I’m having a diarrhea attack the last thing I want to do is take 10 minutes trying to get the freaking pills out! Whoever decided the ridiculous blister pack is the best way to package diarrhea medicine needs some street justice (well maybe not THAT but they need scolded for sure!). Anyway - for me, pills IN A BOTTLE work well.I would recommend this for anyone that gets frequent diarrhea and hates the stinking foil blister packs.

Soft gels are better in my opinion as I feel they dissolve faster than the chalk formed pills. Works as expected.
