This thread is SO amazing! You get a TON of colors, and each spool has a lot of thread in it - 250 yards per spool, which is quite a bit. The colors are very saturated and beautiful, and the thread has a nice sheen to it as well. It's very sturdy, and works like a dream in my sewing machine. HIGHLY recommend.

Great deal for the money. 60 colors is a lot! It's a little fuzzy but it hasn't caused any issue. Looks good too. I have a high quality accurate pull tester. This thread broke at 2.75 lbs. Tara 80 broke at about 1.5-2 lbs. I'd buy this again but it's probably a lifetime supply!

I read the reviews about the lack of quality in this product but I love this product. I agree the quality is not 100% but the variety of colors outweighs that. ( and the low cost) There’s a lot of thread on each spool. I’ve been using it for mending and matching the colors has been a wonderful experience. There’s always a color that matches everything. I used it in my machine once it worked fine. The thread bunched up once and made an unwanted knot. Love this product!

I waited to write my review until after I'd used the thread. I've been sewing masks and needed to stock up and wanted a variety of colors because, TBH, even though I've been sewing with my machine for a few years I don't have any actual training and I'm far from a professional, aka I can't sew straight to save my life, haha. So, I like to match the thread with the fabric as much as possible so my lack of skill is less apparent. This thread is PERFECT for that. The colors are beautiful, the thread is strong enough to sew medium weight non-stretch fabrics (haven't tried it on anything else yet), and I haven't had any issues with excessive shedding from the two spools I've used. It is clear to me that this thread is fuzzier than the more expensive stuff, a quick visual comparison makes that obvious, but it's not a deal breaker for me because I do not expect the same quality from thread that is less than 1/2 the price. As such, I have been checking my machine between masks and removing any built up fuzz as a precaution, but I haven't noticed that there is significantly more than there's ever been. Based on some of the negative reviews I do recommend keeping an eye out for that and cleaning it out frequently to prevent build up. I've only used two colors, and only used it as the top thread, haven't used it as bobbin thread yet. So far I haven't had bunching, no skipped stitches, and haven't noticed any unevenness or lumps as other reviewers mentioned. If I observe these things after using more colors and/or using it for bobbin thread I will update my review. Overall I am quite pleased with this purchase and the thread was packaged very nicely so would make a great gift.

This is a fairly well rounded selection of colors. Thread recieved matches the picture well. It was not rated with any thickness ormweihht rating, but I would put the thread weight between Coats and Clark - Dual Duty XP and Heavy Duty Xp. You could only buy anhandful of thread spools from a sewing store for the price of this set, so even if you won't use all the colors, it is still worth it.

I did not have super high expectations but, It did arrive, nicely packaged, and wrapped in 6 packs of 10 each which could remain that way and be accessible and organized. I tried a few heavy stitches on thick material and it performed beautifully. Stronger than I expected. I am very happy with this purchase and the variety of colors that would have been prohibitive to buy individually.

This is great looking thread and I have loved having such a wide selection of colors, but over the months I have been using it, the thread has wrecked havoc on my Pfaff sewing machine. I thought that my machine needed servicing; (it clattered, jammed, knotted and broke off the thread mid-seam, repeatedly). I'm 100 miles from a service technician, so I cleaned, checked adjustments and oiled my Pfaff using a Youtube video for guidance-- with little or no improvement. Then it occurred to me: my Pfaff's problems had begun about the time I began using the SOLEDI thread. I switched back to Coats and Clark (visibly smoother, tighter thread) and my machine snapped back to perfect health. Too bad, as it is very affordable thread. Got what I paid for?

This really is 60 different colors not just 30 colors twice! Hope you like pink as there is 9 shades of pink. Would have used more shades of other colors, but with all the girls in my family the pink will get used by them. Nice product described accurately.

Lovely set of of cotton reels, put in colour coordinated packets along with a quality set of hand sewing needles and two threaders (essential to thread a sewing machine needle with). What I particularly liked was a lovely note with the cotton reels thanking me for purchasing them, such a nice thoughtful touch. The cotton feels fine, silky and yet strong. Though I have found they break in the sewing machine with tasks like buttonholes on thicker fabrics, but are fine on thinner fabrics (like cotton or jersey knit). Great value I’d happily recommend this set. (By the way if you’d like to know how to use the needle threader on a sewing machine needle, bend the thin metal wire to the left, hold the plastic part in your thumb and forefinger and gently push the metal part through the eye of the needle from the back towards you. Then put the thread through the thin wire (through the middle of the diamond shape) and holding the thread gently pull back the threader and as the wire comes out of the needle it pulls the thread through the eye too. I hope that is helpful to you.

Un buen juego para tener hilos de todos los colores, no son ultra resistentes, pero sirven para arreglos y pequeñas cosas.

Sono molto robusti e i colori sono davvero vividi, ottimi anche per la macchina da cucire (io ne uso una vecchia e un po' scassata in cui il filo di cotone classico si spezza, purtroppo, quindi con questi rocchetti mi trovo benissimo). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consegna veloce, insomma, mi sto trovando davvero bene e li consiglio a chiunque si stia avvicinando al mondo del cucito.

I ordered this and 4days later it arrived at my door this is during COVID19. I thought it was expensive when I placed the order but then when I got it, it is a pretty good value for money considering I have 60 different colour threads. These are for home sewing and even professionally too. I love this purchase because it gives me all the colours I need to fix and sew clothes/blankets and etc. I definitely recommend this.
