This pillow is firm but easy to sleep on. I watched a YouTube video of a physical therapist demonstrating how to alleviate TMJ with proper pillow alignment. He used a regular pillow that kept the head and neck in alignment. Then, he slid a cylinder pillow under the neck for neck support. I bought this pillow to do the same thing. I have not had neck pain or headaches since I've been using this method. I bought 3 different brands of cylinder pillows and this one is better for me than the other 2. I make sure that my head is on the regular pillow and this cylinder pillow is under my neck. This method helps me sleep better on my side and my back. My sleep quality has improved. The only time I wake up in the night is to use the bathroom. My mattress is very firm which helps, too. I slept on a hotel mattress recently using this method and it was not as comfortable. Give this pillow and this method a try.

Love this pillow! It has saved me from forward head posture and jaw tension, all I have to do is sleep on it! Fits in the curve of my neck perfectly. Not to firm and not to soft. So pleased with it! ❤️

Very well made, great company. It's a little larger and firmer than I wanted, but is constructed beautifully. Their idea of 'soft' and mine are two different things!

I use it more than a neck pillow. Helps me under my back and sleeping on my side. Very firm and easy to clean material.

I bought this because I love the deep sleep pillow that I’ve had for two years. Just a heads up this is very very firm-almost hard. I’m thinking it may take a while to soften up.

I’ve had many neck pillows and THIS ONE IS ACTUALLY VERY GOOD!!! I bought for my neck but use it for lumbar and knees. Honest, I’m tickled to have it. And it comes in durable, but light and easy protective covering for travel. I LOVE CUSH LAB.

I've suffered with headaches and neck pain EVERY morning for YEARS. I've purchased multiple high dollar pillows that promised to end the pain and they did not. I have been using the Cushion Lab roll pillow for maybe a week and I have not had one single headache. I really regret not buying one sooner. If you have neck pain/headaches when you wake up like I did, don't pass this one up!!!!

UNSANITARY USED PILLOW SENT TO ME. SEE PHOTOS. To say that I'm offended is an understatement. This never should have been sent to me. There is black grit in the cover, a black hair that fell off but I'm not looking for it, the pillow itself has a big yellow sweat stain. You can see where a label was pulled off and the pillow is clean where it was. I have no idea what the uniform black grit is but I hope it's not bedbug eggs. UNBELIEVABLE> look at the photos.

Me gustó y me sirve para lo que lo compre para descansar el dolor del cuello, no lo aguanto por mucho tiempo porque es algo grande y no muy suave pero me funciona hacerlo por unos minutos en la mañana y por la noche ( no duermo con el toda la noche todavía )
