Best way to clean barrels. Period.

Like many other shooters, cleaning is a huge pain in the butt. Typically I just use a standard cleaning kit with rods, brushes and cleaning solution. After using this, I clean up and wipe everything down. This cleaning system allows you to just squirt on some solvent and pull the brush through the barrel. I was so pleased with this first "snake" that I've purchased these for every caliber that I own.

Works great. Was worried about 17 hmr being tough to pull through.

I own a bunch of these for various calibers. They work great and are easy to stick in your pocket or shooting box when go out to shoot.

Very fast and simple to use. Also effective for cleaning. After use it wraps up so the oil covered snake doesn't get oil on anything else. After a few ( 20 or 25 uses) the snake gets a little dirty. I put the snake in a small Tupperware or something like it. Fill in with warm water and Dawn dish soap and seal it up. Shake it to get the soap mixed and make sure the snake is wet and let sit. Next day wash off the soap, let air dry and good as new.

I like my "Bore Snake" better

This is my second review. This is a message to the manufacturer. It would be nice on your Gen. 2 model to put a little bottle of oil in it. Could be empty, but just a little bottle that was inside the disk that would maybe snap in, so you could put your oil in it. Would be great, great product, love it.
