I bought this because I wanted a more compact flash for traveling and additional flash to use for multi-flash scenario. First and foremost this flash is an exceptional value. It is much smaller and lighter than my Speedlite 580EX II. It Paired perfectly with my EOS RP and my Speedlite as a slave. I am extremely impressed with the appearance/quality. It looks every bit as good as my Canon. In fact I was impressed with the fact that on the Meike they used a steel insert for the flash mount (pictured for reference) rather than plastic screw in on the canon 580 base/mount. I like that the flash base is a little larger than Canon's so it sits more stable/better. The flash works great. It recycles just as fast as my 580EX II. I did notice it does appear to NOT auto shut off. However that could be a setting on my part. Overall an extremely well build and great functioning flash. This is hands down on of the best products and the best seller to value their costumers. Even though i got this product in an empty box (package was empty) this helped me through the process and the new will be arriving in couple days. It was an amazing delivery, great product as my friend bought it before. I got a chance to use it and it was mind blowing how strong it was. The laser, the power of the flash which is amazing for group photos. You don’t need to flash it at other people’s eyes. It just does the magic by facing it the ceiling. A sold 100/100 for me!!

Works with my Canon T7i. Easy to use. Came with instructions and a nice carrying bag. Needed it for a photography class and works good enough for that. Have yet to utilize it otherwise for anything specific. Good quality. Good deal.

Bought this for TTL on my Canon, but it has a major drawback: sleep mode. When not woken by the camera hot shoe, the flash goes into an unresponsive sleep mode that can only be woken by hitting the power button. It’s a mild inconvenience, but if I’m in a remote studio setup, asking my posed model to hold while I walk over to the light every minute is a pain. I have looked through all the paperwork and searched online, but I can find nothing that mentions how to lengthen or eliminate this problem.

This is a well made flash. It works great with my Canon T7* in both Auto and Av/Tv modes. I haven't tried it in any other modes, but I am sure it will work fine. I highly recommend it. * This flash will only work with T7's made after January 2020. Older T7's did not have the x-sync contact (center pin) on the hotshoe and will not work properly with the flash.

Had an issue with flash power or shutter lag after putting flash unit on camera and fully ready. Pics were coming out very dark and for a range of about 9 feet. The built-in flash does better. Found a setting to brighten the flash and pics started coming out better. Will be taking a lot of pictures over the holidays to really see how it works.

I purchased this flash less than 4 months ago and it has already quit working. I probably used it less than 5 times, and then It just quit emitting light the other day while I was in the middle of shooting. If this flash was a couple years old and I had used it a decent amount, I would be ok with it breaking but after 3.5 months??? I’ve changed the batteries and can’t get it to start working again. The screen comes on but no light comes out, hitting the pilot button (which is basically just a test button) still doesn’t make it flash so it is definitely not user error. There is also no customer service to reach out to. I emailed the link they provided to see if they could help and they told me I bought it from amazon so I need to reach out to them. Wish I would’ve bought a different flash to begin with, now I have a useless, broken flash and have to spend money on a different one from a different company.

After looking through pages of $150+ flashes, I got this to try for portraits, and WOW! This thing is great, easy to use, plenty of options and the picture refresh rate is as fast or faster than my much more expensive flashes for my other camera. I love this thing!!

This product didn’t even make it through the event I bought it for before it stopped firing, I thought it had flat batteries at the time and packed it up, when I went to use it again it wouldn’t work and the test button doesn’t fire the flash. Very disappointed as so many people had good reviews.

Excelente producto. Compatible con Mi Canon EOS T5. Buen precio y funciona muy bien.
