The media could not be loaded. I am very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service from Milton. I purchased four bottles, and within three months, the steel part of the cap came off on three of them. I raised a complaint and received only one replacement cap. Since then, I’ve been following up with Milton, but it's been over a month, and I have not received any response. Now, the fourth bottle has started leaking from the bottom. I’m left wondering if I received a damaged or possibly a counterfeit product from the seller. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication from Milton, despite multiple reminders. This has been a very frustrating experience.

I purchased 2 bottles. The first one was OK. The second one was once dropped without water in it and upon hitting the ground, the bottom edge cracked.
