Retinol24 Night Cream

Tis was a gift for my daughter who uses it. She says it makes her skin feel soft. Prefers it to other brands (she's 41)

I've used Olay products for more than 40 years and love them all. This is now my favourite night cream. It isn't at all greasy but feels luxurious and leaves my skin feeling hydrated.

I’ve been using the Olay Retinol24 Night Cream (old jar) for a few weeks and really like it. It feels rich but not greasy, absorbs quickly, and my skin looks smoother and more hydrated in the morning. I haven’t used it long-term yet, so I can’t comment on lasting results — that’s why I’ve given it 4 stars. I didn’t notice any irritation, which is great for a retinol product, though it does have the typical retinol scent that some might find strong. Overall, a reliable night cream that delivers noticeable results in the short term.

I've been told from a young age that most anti aging/anti wrinkle creams are a rip off and have up until now held off on buying any. so made sure to do my research before spending any money on something like this, but I still expected to be disappointed. I chose Olay because 4 generations of my family have used it since it was called oil of Olay and so I have a lot of faith in the brand not to screw up my skin! It is totally scentless which is great to wear at night and it sinks into the skin easily much like other Olay creams. But the best thing is after a few weeks of using it once every three days or so ( I read that retinol can cause irritation if used to much) I've noticed a marked reduction in the fine lines around my eyes and on my neck as I made sure to note them before using it, I should have taken pictures but I was assuming I was simply wishful thinking and that I'd wasted my money. Glad to say I was wrong! It dose tingle when it goes on so I've been careful not to use it to frequently and do heed the warning to wear sunblock when going outside as it can make your skin more sensitive to UV light but since I have skin that burns no matter what I do this isn't a change for me! Over all very pleased indeed!

I am in my late 30s with very sensitive skin (I suffer from eczema and hyperpigmentation) so did my research and decided to try Olay Retinol Cream. I have been using it for almost a month now and to date haven't had any issues with it. As I have sensitive skin what I do is wash my face, then apply a light moisturiser (as a buffer) and then apply a pea size amount of the Olay cream. I use the Olay cream every other night. The reason being as following my research the advise is to build up your usage of retinol products (esp if you are new to them) and to also use a buffer esp if you know your skin is sensitive. I'll prob give it another week or two and start using it without applying my buffer moisturiser and see how my skin reacts then if it's OK I'll prob use it daily onwards.
