Not warm enough at the recommended time in microwave.
Although this item looks very cute, I am quite disappointed with the level of warmth. It has to be in the microwave longer than the recommended time on the label. I had a Warmy in the past which was really good, this is reason I purchased another.

The lavender really stinks like mould not lavender at all .
