ProFolio by Itoya, Art Profolio Advantage, 24 Sheets Presentation Book - Portrait, 8 x 10 Inches

I've been using Itoya ProFolio products for about 10 years now, if not longer than that. Itoya has different series of their ProFolio line. I've bought TWO 8½" x 11"s of the "Original Art ProFolio" which is a nice entry level album to hold art or photographs at an attractive price. The front of this album has a clear pocket for you to slide whatever you need for a nice presentation. The opening and closing of these albums have perforated edges and it's a lightweight product. I needed these for a very specific task which it fulfilled, otherwise I skip ahead TWO LEVELS UP with the next product line... I have FOUR mid-level and definitely more robust "ProFolio Advantage" photo albums in varying sizes of two 8" x 10"s and TWO 13" x 19"s. This product range is really eXcellent at reasonable price points. The opening and closing of these albums have a much thicker outside flaps with perforated edges as well, but there are also flat head rivets in the spine for a nice reinforcement. For a balance of quality and robustness, I generally don't go lower than buying the "ProFolio Advantage" line. This review is based on the second 8" x 10" size that I bought here on Amazon. Finally, there is the Itoya "ProFolio Professional" line of product. I own one 17" x 22" art and photography presentation book to show off and sell my larger print photography. Most eXcellent quality and sturdy robustness with a metal handle with a rubber grips, large pockets on the inside front and back, a multi-ring binder to take pages out and out in and an elastic band to hold things in place. The flaps zipper up and there are even sturdier flat head rivets on the spine for reinforcement. Itoya has a vast product line of other stuff, but for photography (and some art) purposes the above fits the bills for me. All HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I purchased several different Itoya Presentation books to compare. This one, The Advantage, is superior to the others. The covers are stiff and durable, and the plastic pages are crystal clear so you can really see the photos perfectly! As far as the other Itoya books, second choice would be the Evolution line, much more light weight and plastic pages slightly less clear. The other Itoya book, The Original, it has a very nice cover sturdy but not as thick as the Advantage, and it's smooth and feels nice. The big drawback of "The Original" it doesn't have the crystal clear pages, pages are a little foggy.

Perfect 8x10 portfolio. I have ordered multiple for storing prints and other artwork that I do not have space to hang on my walls, but like to have easy access to for viewing. Good quality, reasonably priced. Holds up well to normal wear and tear, I have not had any issues with mine. Definitely recommend for art storage.

I like the fact my order came as advertised and it was decently packaged, product is pretty good quality.

Perfect for keeping all your kids school and sport photos. I bought one for each of my kids and have left spaces to fill in on their remaining school and sports years after the pictures are retired from the wall. Nice size, doesn't take up too much room. Cover is flexible but sturdy. May have to buy some more of these.

This was a really inexpensive portfolio that I used to hold my 8.5x11 photos and it's wonderful. It has a hard cover and lots of crystal clear inserts for your over-sized items. I had a hugely difficult time trying to find affordable photo albums to hold these size pictures and gave up when I came across this and decided to give it a shot. I will definitely be buying more of these and in various sizes now that I know how good they are.

I'm a collector of old photographs, some expensive, and I was tired of fumbling with old binder's and having the photo's sliding out of their binder sleeves. The sleeves contained in this portfolio are a much better fit and secure my photo's properly. I enjoy flipping through it and viewing my collection now. Another huge plus is that it's a space saver. No more clunky binders for me.... ever. I'll be buying more of these as needed.

I have ordered these ProFolios in the past & have always liked them. This one came with the plastic label on the front cover wrinkled & removed it. Would have been ok, but when I was putting treasured photos in this album, there were plastic sleeves that had no black dividers in them!! Was this a returned item & then resold?? Very disappointing!!!!
