Does this product give the same cooling effect that a powder would ?

No it doesn’t , it’s not for spraying directly onto your feet it’s for spraying inside your shoes to kill off bacteria , it is effective but not for the use you enquired about once sprayed inside the shoes I think it’s best to leave it to give it time to kill off bacteria and dry before wearing the shoes.I use it for my running shoes .

Is it easy to spray into boots?

It’s as easy as it is to spray any spray in a pair of shoes! There is no special attachment that will help the spray reach the anterior aspect where the toes are .

Will this cause any harm if sprayed on your foot?

There is a different bottle for direct onto foot. I wouldn’t recommend you do that with this one.

Is it okay to spray in children’s shoes too?

You spray the shoes and let them dry, there really should be very little personal exposure to the product, so it should be fine. But the spray is antifungal, and really to ensure that you're not reintroducing fungal infection to feet that have been treated
