Does this protect color treated hair?

I don't have color treated hair but I'm assuming sense it's all natural with no chemicals that it wouldn't effect color treated hair in a negative way.

What do I do when the top wont spray when unlocked?

I haven’t had this problem yet with this particular hair spray. However, I did have a different brand of spray with this problem and all I did was run the nozzle under running warm water for a short time and the nozzle opened up.
