Idky but I'm simply a garlic head. I chow black garlic like candy. I roast whole heads also eating then like candy. I'll even chomp on raw garlic. I don't mind the heat. Garlic is a powerhouse of greatness.This product, garlic granules, is now my go to. I ordered a bag maybe a month ago, I'm halfway through it. It's just me. Garlic in everything, on everything, mix with ginger and drink!This granules are incredible. Dilute easily into foods and liquids, hot or cold.I'm setting up my to 2 months instead of six.Very thankful I found this product and will now search their store for other possible great finds.This was my first bag. I put it all into a locking Tupperware, as I use daily, multiple times usually. I can't do zip lock with the frequency of use.

This has the consistency of garlic powder. Extremely disappointed, as we bought two and now cannot return. We did not expect such a fine consistency. I would have left one star, but perhaps I am the one confused what granulated is exactly supposed to mean. A picture in the description of the powder would have helped the buyer find what they're looking for.Edit: My mom says it's great quality.
