I spent three days documenting each hot flash and realized I was having an intense hot flash every 45 minutes - 1 hour.I wasnt sleeping, I was never comfortable. My bed room had to be ice cold, my boyfriend moved out into the living room! I was desperate. My obgyn gave me hormones but I REALLY REALLY didnt want to take hormones. I was in class and a lady told me about equelle and how it helped her and I thought, ok. It's worth a try.1 month into it and my hot flashes are all but gone. I sleep through the night and I feel so much better! My boyfriend sleeps in our room again and life is just as it was before the hot flashes hit.I have been out of equelle for a week now (just ordered some more so waiting for it to get here) and I still havent had a bad hot flash yet. I can feel small ones start up again but I'm hoping my order gets here soon so I can curb them off. I did go ahead and subscribe to this product since I know it works so I can always them.This is a great alternative to hormones and I am so thankful this exists!!

I was getting hot flashes every 30-45 minutes, lasting about 3 minutes each- making me miserable at work and effecting my sleep. I did a lot of research and decided to give these a shot. I took the entire first bottle- no change- I went back to the website and re read the materials - it does say can take up to 12 weeks- so I ordered another bottle. When it came time to order a 3rd bottle- lo and behold- my hot flashes were getting less frequent and milder! I was thinking, dang 50 bucks a month for less and milder hot flashes? What the hell, it was worth it, so I ordered another bottle!! One day I just realized my hot flashes were GONE. Yes GONE. It worked!! Then I got cocky, I started taking just two a day, 1 in the morning and one at night rather than 2 in AM 2 in PM. For about 3 weeks I was still good- then I actually forgot to put them in with my other supplements and went about 5 days no equelle. My hot flashes are now back- not as frequent but they are back. So lesson learned- take 4 a day without fail, and these should work. But don’t be like me a screw it up by missing any!

I cannot tell you if these tablets work or not, as I did not realize the pills would be so hard to swallow. For me that is an issue. I even tried cutting them in half in thirds, and even crushed them. However, nothing helped, this stuff when crushed taste horrible. These pills were not cheap, and I guess since I used 6 of these, as you have to take 2 in the morning and 2 at night, I will not be able to get a refund. Oh well, you live and learn. I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night, and then 2 the next morning and after that I could not bring myself through the hassle of trying to get these tablets in my system. Anyway, even if I was able to swallow them, that is too many tablets to take.

These definitely help with hot flashes. However, I’m coming up on the end of my 30 day supply, and I did order another bottle, but after 3 weeks, I started having severe shortness of breath and nausea. I’m gonna try going to 2 a day instead of the 4 and see if that still helps hot flashes. Fermented foods are high histamine, so I’m not sure if I just have a soy allergy or it’s the fermentation causing the reaction. It’s very upsetting because my hot flashes disappeared the first week, I felt like myself again. I’ll be devastated if these don’t work out.

Before ordering I noticed it was stated to allow time to see the effects. I’m almost at a month and I have already noticed a reduction in the number of hot flashes I have.

I decided to purchase this for my mom after seeing ads for it online. She has recently been complaining about discomfort from hot flashes due to menopause and, given her focus on high quality ingredients and this being hormone free, this seemed like a good fit. She has only been taking the pills for about a week now, but has not complained of any adverse side effects so far and, in fact, has noticed a slight improvement in the hot flashes she had been experiencing (even though this is only advertised as showing benefits in 4 weeks). Hopefully this bodes well going forward and I'm relieved to have found something that seems like it will make her day-to-day a bit easier! Well worth the premium price point based on the quality of the ingredients and initial results. Pretty packaging too.

So unfortunately these made me so sick to my stomach and gave me the runs pretty badly so I was not able to tell if they would have helped hot flashes. It could have been just an individual reaction but there's no way I could continue to take these.Besides that even - it's a crazy number of pills you need to take. It works out to be pretty expensive since you are supposed to take a lot of pills every day.Overall not happy with these unfortunately!
