Because our body doesn’t naturally produce zinc, we must obtain it through food or supplements. I may never obtain it in foods all the time so I’m taking supplement like Bronson triple play. With the combination of acetate, picolenate and orotate, it’s the best zinc combination in my opinion. It supports multiple bodily functions, including immune function, growth and development, hormonal balance, wound healing, enzyme function, and more. Adequate zinc intake is crucial for maintaining overall health and well-being. I’ve done my research before using zinc for years and it really works on me!

I've taken this daily for almost 2 years. I take it to help boost my immunity. I will say while taking it I haven't gotten sick as often. No bad taste or side effects noted.

One question has gone unanswered: where was this product sourced from? FYI... country of origin is not the same as the country where the ingredients were sourced from. I also found out by researching that the amount of zinc one should take is the actual elemental zinc found in the product. The upper limits of 50 mg refers to this limit, not the zinc listed on the product. I don't think that the 30 mg listed on this product means that this product has 30 mg of elemental zinc. I wish it were more clear to ensure we all get the correct dosage we are trying to achieve. How much elemental zinc in zinc products: Zinc Acetate: 25 mg (7.5 mg elemental zinc), 50 mg (15 mg elemental zinc) Zinc Gluconate: 50 mg (7 mg elemental zinc), 100 mg (14 mg elemental zinc) Zinc Sulfate: 110 mg (25 mg elemental zinc), 220 mg (50 mg elemental zinc) Zinc Oxide: 100 mg (80 mg elemental zinc)

I particularly like Bronson‘s zinc capsules. It doesn’t upset my stomach, and I can honestly feel the results. Our foods nowadays are so refined and stripped of nutrients and vitamins that the supplements are necessary, especially if you’re a man. I take one every day and it keeps me very healthy.
