I absolutely love this faucet. It was worth the price. It is heavy and well made. The touchless is the game changer - no matter how icky your hands are you can refrain from smearing germs everywhere! The smart function is good for things like getting it to run at the hottest setting so it warms up while you are busy with dirty hands or the hand wash function for kids that may not wash the appropriate amount of time otherwise. Only problem is that if you lose sync or need to hit the reset button (yes there really IS one hiding in there just like the diagram shows but it's hell to stick a paper clip in) that's under the sink at the back. Which sucks for me with a 33" sink that's damn near impossible to get behind to scan the darn QR code. But the style, touch less and voice control IN oil rubbed bronze make it literally unparalleled. And trust me I checked... I did NOT want to spend that but I have ZERO regrets. It matches and elevates the kitchen design and the functions are enviable. For people that are pretentious this is perfect, as it certainly is pretentious but I LOVE it for my kitchen. I did have the plumbers give me a LOT more slack on the sprayer cord so I can get to every nook and cranny of that 33" sink. The power blast button is also great, it gets that stuck on food so you don't have to leave things soaking in the sink. So it ruined on my husband's parade of just sticking dishes in the sink and saying "it needed to soak" - joke's on you buddy, the turbo sprayer gets all, LOL!

All I can say is ...WOW! We were concerned at how large and clumsy this might be...but functionally, it's fabulous! Operation is smooth, easy... pulling down takes a bit, but it's normal for a "pull down" faucet hose. The sprayer is very strong, easy to pop on/off, and the whole faucet is completely positionable anywhere inside the sink! Then, there's the look. We got the brushed/polished gold look to go with the blue cabinets and other gold/brass decor. It works beautifully. The first photo is current, and the other two are during construction. So far, so great! Normally, this faucet would be well over $1,200. It's a higher-end Moen for professional sinks. We got it for under $600. Inner workings are mostly metal, brass, etc., thick, sturdy, solid. The aerator is perfect..quiet, and creates a nice, slightly restricted stream. The sprayer is stronger..so we have to expect that when switching. Looking forward to many good years with this faucet!

Stylish and so simple to install. I did the install in about 20 minutes by myself. The motion sensor is a game changer! It looks beautiful! Great quality as one would expect from Moen. Also got the soap dispenser.

Faucet was installed yesterday, and so far I love it. Looks amazing and works well. I was worried about how the stainless steel finish would look, but it is lovely. Considering a similar faucet for my powder room-

Seems nice but shipped in an unmarked box without paperwork so I'm concerned about possible counterfeit or otherwise lower quality, factory second faucet.

Sturdy faucet. Well made. Solid. Up is Hot water, down is cold water. I've had other pull down sprayers before that weren't sturdy. I'm happy with this model from Moen. I purchased it for my prep sink (20 year old house was plumbed for a prep sink that was never installed but we did it) and bought another for our big sink by the dishwasher.

This is really high quality faucets. I sent the cheapo faucet that I got before this one back. Swings back and forth very smoothly. And we love the dual function head with two volume spray levels—normal and more pressure.

Doing a kitchen reno and we saw this faucet online at another store, and really loved it. Trouble was, it wasn't available anywhere, save for one place that had it listed for nearly 3 times the price (which was consistent with pricing at other stores). Surprisingly, we found it here at Amazon for a fantastic price*. The faucet shipped quickly and is of incredible quality, as expected with the Moen brand. I did have a worry that this might be a knockoff, because of the price (I mean, still really expensive, but question-raising at less than half the price of other retailers). It is legitimately a Moen product, is sturdy, and stylish. It was very well packed in original Moen packaging and all parts were intact. It is going to look amazing with the style of our new kitchen. I didn't know one could fall hard for a faucet - is this the sign of being an adult? I also didn't know that faucets cost so dang much money. Holy crackers. At its regular price from other stores (as one example: currently $1627 CAD at Home Depot Canada), we would not have purchased this. At the time we bought it here on amazon, it was $607 CAD. (Today, it is listed for $807 CAD so maybe price watch this one if you are interested in purchasing.) We've been saving up for a long time to be able to renovate our small kitchen. Being able to to save so much money on kitchen 'hardware' was really helpful. We were excited** to be able to purchase our first choice faucet at such a reduced price. * fantastic... still super expensive, but in comparison much better ** excited... again, I ask, is this what being an adult feels like? LOL!

The motion sensor aspect is great. I don't like the offset of the handle, but otherwise it's excellent.

It’s a beautiful faucet. But upon delivery I noticed the handle appeared to be a darker colour polished nickel then body of the faucet. Then on install the handle leaked a lot. A bearing was put in the wrong way. Luckily my husband fixed it. But had to be taken apart. Contacted moen to have a new handle sent as a replacement. They were great. I didn’t send back because it was the last one on sale . But I should have. For spending that kind of money even on sale products should be inspected when leaving warehouse. It’s a gorgeous faucet otherwise, excellent pressure.

Review for brushed gold: I liked the style and design of the gold faucet, but be warned that the brushed gold looks very different in person. It is much more brassy and off-gold than the stock photo shows. I've tried to capture this in the photo. It clashed with the other gold tones in our kitchen hardware, and it looked more like an accident than doing it on purpose, so decided to go with the polished nickel version instead. Review for polished nickel: Love love love this faucet. The polished nickel is the colour to choose if you can't match the brushed gold to your existing gold hardware; it definitely has a yellow tone to it, reminiscent of polished antique silver. I was worried about the polished finish and keeping it clean, but it is a PVD finish so it resists water spots and finger prints. I usually give it a quick wipe with a dry cloth at the end of the day to shine it up, and it's just a jewel in my kitchen. It's worth going polished instead of brushed if you want a real showpiece! This faucet has been the perfect fit for my traditional kitchen, and I especially love the little ceramic knob detail. It also functions really well so far - the handpiece retracts smoothly without using a gimmicky magnet (just uses a well calibrated weight), the spray function and powerboost function work smoothly, and the handle has just enough weight and resistance to feel high quality. It's made my kitchen work and dishwashing a joy!

It's an expensive purchase, so it can be worrying to order it from Amazon. However, the Moen brand is well known, so it's a safe bet. However, 1 week after receiving it, I saw it for $100 less at Reno-Depot (Quebec), so I returned this one and bought the other one. Either way, it's the same exact product. It's gorgeous, heavy, good quality and the water flow is perfect. It's been 3 weeks since we installed it, and so far, we love it!
