Love these probiotics as they helped to get my microbiome back to a healthy condition! I’ve learned that lots of lady issues stem from having an imbalance in healthy bacteria and this probiotic has all the good vag. specific lactobacilli that my practitioner in NZ recommended (most brands do not)! I’ve taken this orally as well as internally by swapping out the capsule for a veg. capsule. Love this brand and will continue to purchase.

These probiotics changed my vaginal microbiome!! I have been taking these probiotics for almost one month now, & I have not had another yeast infection or BV flare up happen since! I was SO prone to getting both BV and YI so much so that my doctors were struggling with how to treat it. I came upon this product as a member of the Facebook group "Beyond BV" and was recommended to try these, and I was skeptical at first, but SO blown away. Although I do only take these orally, it is also verified to be taken vaginally as a suppository. Highly highly recommend these for all girls dealing with recurring BV or yeast infections.

I empty the capsules in a syringe. I cut the tip syringe off where its fully open. I empty the capsule in it and deposit far back into vagina. Instead of using the capsule i do the same with vitanica. Its straight to the point with out capsules. I recommend taking juno bio test and evvy test online to keep track with your vaginal microbiome. Stop using boric acid ladies. Its killing your good bacteria.

These are great probiotics. I started using them 2 weeks ago and can tell a difference. I will be ordering them again for sure.

I don't know if its too strong for me I noticed I been having minor headaches everytime I take it. I stopped taking it and the headaches are gone.

This review is long overdue. I had a culture test done at the OBGYN and she said she didn’t see any good bacteria. I was taking some random probiotics before and clearly they weren’t doing anything. I confirmed as much with a microbiome test. Took *one* bottle of Life Space orally and inserted a capsule once or twice, then my next microbiome test showed 100% good bacteria, and actually the exact strands that are found in these pills. I almost didn’t believe my results! I have repurchased this brand multiple times over the years just to keep things in order down there. Gotta say I am impressed!

It works! I've used this as both an oral supplement and suppository great for ladies looking to replenish their gut bacteria after antibiotics or beat BV. That's what I used it for and it did it's job well.
