Same flavor as Ski Queen--great,!

This cheese was amazing. The description of it as the consistency of fudge and a sweet nutty flavor was spot on. It makes a lovely dessert with fruit and either crackers or bread. It was a tad pricey, but that makes it more of a special treat as I will probably only buy it for special occasions. I was very happy with this purchase.

There are no stores near me that sell Norwegian foods. This came chilled and good condition. So happy to be able to find favorite foods.

Well it took over a week to get here. The ice packs were melted and not even cold. Sure hope I don't get food poisoning. Will keep ya posted.

I'm Norwegian so grew up with this product and love it. Took a while, two weeks, to get but good packaging. Price however, was outrageous for the size as I can get twice the size for half the money locally but they happened to be out.
