Don’t do it, they are bad and don’t taste good at all. Everyone saying how good they are, the worst sardines I ever ate in my life. I will never purchased these again. They have some type of weird aftertaste that doesn’t leave the mouth and they are so salty they actually sting your tongue.

Balked at the price but decided to try based on glowing reviews. Yeah, they're THAT good .A can with a big dollop of cream cheese is a genuine treat on a keto diet. Try 'em.

Very subtle and buttery flavor with a thick olive oil base. There are about 4 or 5 big sardines in a can. This is several levels above the canned sardines you get at a typical grocery store. Just buy it. You won't regret it. I eat with something crunchy like tempura you get at any supermarket.
