Good lights, built solid. Really love that they are rechargeable so you can use them in and out of a studio. The light quality is great as it allows transition from warm, cool, and standard white. Easy to use and setup. The tripods are good as well. The tripods are sturdy and trustworthy to support the light fixture. Great price and great light system for beginning photographers.

Small footprint, work great with warm and bright options, convenient carrying case - I have absolutely loved these lights and highly recommend them. I also love that they're not some huge lighting monstrosity you have off camera bearing down on you - they're just perfectly sized. I got two to light from different sides, and it gives me the option to use one if I want. Great product - batteries last a long time.

It's not just effective—it's reliable, efficient, and, quite frankly, a sheer delight to use.

Fantastic battery life. About 2.5 hours at 80% plugs are short. Get a few 12" extension cords if you use High and above when powered. Tripods extend a little under 6' maybe less. 5'10. Nonetheless you can position them at the subject. Distance during the day provides immediate eye catch lights at 8 to 10 ft from your subject. When used at full power and a possible reflector. Full power lasts 45 to 60 minutes. It gets warm. Drains that way. Suggest 80% and use both together for max output and extend time roughly another 30 minutes. These are powerful, the bag can support 2 to 3 more tripods of you DIY the foam. Total of 6 to carry or lights or leds or power cords. Perfect to carry 1 bag and get use of a studio on the go. Executive footage comes from these. Only thing added is a diffuser I made from cheese cloth i had professionally sewed up to remove and put back on. Get a diffuser people!! Great lighting. Very professional with added measures. Love this. I'm able to perform more accent lighting at just a few minutes added to the shoots. Enjoy these bad boys. I'm going to add more to my studio.

I bought this on a Lightning deal to augment a Neewer studio lighting kit that uses CFL bulbs and soft-boxes. This RaLeno kit is much more compact and portable, with a very serviceable carrying case and impressively sturdy tripods (much sturdier than those in the Neewer lighting kit). Though I only received this RaLeno kit yesterday, I can tell that this is the one that I'll be taking with me to remote shooting locations, as it's lightweight, super simple to set up, and has built-in batteries. The lights themselves are slightly smaller than an 8-1/2 x 11 sheet of paper, and they weigh just about a pound each. They stay impressively cool to the touch, never getting much warmer than body temperature around the edges (the lighting surface itself never gets even warm). They put out 650 lux per light, which is roughly equivalent to a 50-watt bulb. A pair of these aren't going to turn your whole room into something you can see from space, but they are certainly bright enough to illuminate a subject for close-in shots, or serve as a fill light (especially with the ability to adjust brightness by 1% values). You can also adjust the color temperature easily, with an LCD readout on the back of the panel. But what is most impressive about this set is the battery life. The built-in batteries lasted more than 2 hours and 45 minutes on first use, shining at 100% brightness. That makes these very useful for outside shooting, or even popping on top of a camera to go gonzo. Given that you can operate with either battery or power adapter, these are useful for a permanent setup or for traveling about. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to provide a way to mount the lights sideways, since they are slightly wider than tall, in order to provide some flexibility for portrait illumination versus the native landscape orientation. But that's just a quick idea to improve an already impressive piece of kit. I think this RaLeno setup is very reasonable package at a fine price.

These are perfect, especially for twilight or nighttime photo ops. Super easy to set up and the case makes transport a breeze.

Son casi perfectas. Sólo haría falta para mejorar las patas del trípode que son muy cortas y por eso un poco inestables. Pero hasta ahora me han funcionado de maravilla. Las recomiendo mucho. Es el segundo par que compro. Con el otro modelo más pequeño quedé menos satisfecho que con este. El estuche es un bonus increíble. Lo hace todo más fácil de llevar, y de cuidar. La batería dura bien hasta ahora no la he tenido que conectar en medio de una sesión. El brillo y potencia están ok. Gran producto, lo recomiendo mucho.

These are really great. Nice and bright (which was important to me) and can be charged to run without a cord! I haven't used the stands at all, but they're there if I need them. The come in a great travel case that is well cushioned. They are very light and sturdy feeling so I am not worried about scratching them. I am happy with this purchase.

Absolutely love these lights! They are very bright as stated. You can also change the tint of the light ranging from cool white and warm tones. Led screen on back side showing settings and charge. Would highly recommend!

Love the range of light temperatures and the levels of brightness. Easy to setup and use. I like that you can use it as a portable light with the built-in battery or use it with the adapter plugged in for longer use.
