A gift from the Gods. Oden couldn’t make a better oil drain pan.
When my oil drain pan was demolished by my evil mini me (16 year old son) and stopped catching oil and became more of an Oil distribution pan, I cried. Then I did what every man does and picked up his mighty hammer, raised it above my head and yelled “I will find a replacement”. Off to interwebbs- signed onto Amazon and low and behold there it was. This incredible oil drain pan is worth its size in gold. It’s wide, so if you miss the oil pan you might want to get your eyes checked. When draining the oil, releasing the top screw allows air in and the oil to flow out quickly. Thank you Oden for making such an incredible oil pan. Two thumbs up

Easy to use
I bought one of many years ago and it finaly started to leak. I was glad to find an exact replacement on Amazon. If this one lasts as long as the original, it will give me a decade plus of service. Good product.

Worked well for my 4 cyl Honda Accord oil change
Handled the 4.4 quarts exiting my 2007 Honda Accord 4 cyl easily. Two drain plug openings allow the oil to enter the pan easily with no threat of overspill with my vehicle. Plug openings were just small enough to catch the 17mm oil drain bolt which I dropped in by accident. Not super beefy plastic construction - but does seem sturdy enough to last a few years. Plastic plug openings seem to keep the oil inside - but I'll probably choose not to stand this oil pan up vertically with any used oil inside.

Makes changing the oil less messy!
I really like this product. Drain oil into tray/container. Wipe tray and reinstall plug. Put new oil in engine and then you can pour old oil into empty oil container (no funnel needed) and return to store when purchasing oil for next change. Easy peasy!

Form and function, but fit (quality) holds it back
revised review; I complained about the threads not matching the plugs well... this hasn;t changed, but the pan is usable and actually I like the "overall" design... if the quality was better I'd rate it a 5, but it's cheap (you get what you pay for) and fot and form suffer, but it functions

drain pan is exactly like the one
This oil drain pan is exactly like the one I bought decades ago. It is short enough to slide under my cars.It is wide and long enough to catch the oil stream without moving it during draining. The top tray is deepenough to catch the oil without spilling over. Because the oil drains into a compartment below, thereis less chance of me making a mess with exposed oil until I can drain it into another container. Theplugs do fit tight, but I have never tried to store oil in it without laying it flat. Most other drain pans are too tall to fit under car or too small to catch the oil stream without spilling.I don't understand why I can't find this in the stores.

Smart design but just a little thin on the material
I wish it were sturdier so it didn’t flex when it’s full of oil and I’m trying to dump it. It’s a wonderful design. And made in the USA.🇺🇸

Disappointed
The plugs leak like crazy when you place it on end an drain plug leaks if it's flat But it will catch oil when draining buy you better empty it right away or your garage floor will be a mess next day
