These are great insoles for running, walking and working out at the gym!

Not for me
I rated only one star only because this item was not what I expected. I thought the fabric would be more form fitting. It was hard and non-pliable and seemed to make my arch feel worse. On a positive note, it was very well made and fit into my shoe very well.

Perfect for your walking shoes to give the extra support to your feet. I have a pair in all of my shoes

Built in met pad useless. Buy separately.
The built-in metatarsal pad is so minimal that it's really non-existent. I would buy the separate met pads.
