We dishwasher them almost daily with little issues. The dark grey dust is just oxidation and it cleans off easy enough and also isnt harmful to eat. We don't use spray oil on them so they haven't gotten that brown sticky layer.

Not happy with "chalky residue" left behind after running through the dishwasher...otherwise, good sheet pan.

Love these pans. So happy to find pans that are heavy duty.

AND because they can withstand high heat, unlike some other sturdy pans that I like with non-stick coating. So I can use these pans for things like roasting red peppers. But I always cover them with aluminum foil so I don't know how they would clean up if I cooked right on the surface.

I think these pans are excellent for baking, and they will withstand the higher temperatures for broiling. They don't rust, they clean up easily, and they are very durable. They are also very affordable!
