excellent for price
I clean professionally and use this machine actually to agitate solution into commercial low pile carpet with brushes. It works excellent as it's not too heavy, it's fast and easy to operate. Disassembles into pieces for easy transportation. Nice long cord. comes with extra pads for polishing tiles. 1200rpm rotating brushes is also great for carpet encap cleaning.Note: Although the description says not suitable for carpet it actually works great for low pile carpet, area rugs where you can't use heavy agitators. It's also excellent for resilient floors or hard floors.I would give the machine a break after about an hour or two use as this is not a heavy duty commercial machine.

floor scrubber
Works well so far (on sheet vinyl). Smaller and lighter than I expected but it does a decent job."Commercial" is in the name, but this is for residential use - wouldn't expect this to survive in a business environment.Although it says right on the machine to not add any weight to it to avoid extra stress on the motor, it cleans much better with a 5# dumbbell riding on the head. Otherwise there doesn't seem to be enough contact with the floor due to its low weight. The two round brushes spin in opposite directions, so it doesn't wander. You'll still be on your hands and knees for corners and baseboards.I would buy this again.

It’s just ok…
This is an interesting machine. I have a Bissell Spinwave that I absolutely LOVE and recommend, but I needed something that would scrub my dirtier tile floors with stuck on food and stains. This one caught my eye because of the scrub brush attachments. I don’t use it commercially, so I can’t speak to its durability in that setting, but I can say that this is marketed for home use under another brand called Eubank, lol, (which is also available on Amazon), so I suspect this is more for home use or commercial “housekeeping”cleaners vs large hospital-sized cleaning. The main reason I say that is the tiny pads. They’re a third of the size of Spinwave. It would take you forever to clean a large building, and probably even a large home for that matter.I have all hard floors at home, so I like these types of machines. My first test was applying my floor finish after mopping. I was underwhelmed. Usually, I use my Spinwave and it’s fantastic. This one required me to use more product (which is not good) and left wheel tracks as I moved from row to row on the floor. The Spinwave doesn’t do that, it doesn’t have wheels at all, so no tracks in my finish. :)I’m going to only use this for cleaning and scrubbing my tile floors going forward, like I originally planned, not for floor finishes. I also dislike not having a power button. When I try to turn it off by raising and locking the handle, whatever part of the floor it’s on at that moment gets messed up while I’m fumbling around trying to get it to stop. None of these are issues with the Spinwave. I don’t recommend this unless you need it for the deep clean brush option. Spinwave is better for general home use cleaning and applying finishes. It’s also much more user friendly. I wish they’d make a commercial model of Spinwave with the brush attachment. Oh la la.

Motor burned out after 30 minutes
The machine was working great...I was using it to apply Woca maintenance oil at my house. After about 45 minutes of use (not straight...off and on to move rooms, etc...) the motor decided not to turn on anymore. It was perfect for the requirement, but the motor is not right...I called Bissell and they said to go back through Amazon. Hopefully, it will be replaced.

Say what?
Cleaning my house like a pro with a small price tag that's what! I love everything about it! I have wood and tile and I need to get in those groves!!!Edited: ya it doesn't get into groves at all it just glides over. It needs uneven bristles so imma have to cut them uneven so the bristles of anything gets into tile groves for grout and wood crevices ugh. Scrubs smooth surfaces perfectly should have just got the one I really wanted with a spinning head like a vaccume but it's a wet mop for tile floors and sucks up dirty water as you go.

BigGreen Cleaning Machine for Hard Tile Floors
This floor-cleaning machine was easy to put together right out of the box. It is just the right size and weight for my cleaning needs. It did a great job and shortened my floor cleaning time in half. I highly recommend this item!

Smaller than I expected
The term "Commercial" made me think it was larger. But it did work at my rental property with tile floors. Easy to maneuver and light weight. But being light weight also means that it does not scrub as good. I have not used the polisher pads yet. Fast Shipping, compact unit. did the job.
