As expected DoA and replacement DoA
I was going to keep trying to get replacements until they wore out but Amazon limited it to just 1 replacement before a refund.If you get one that has a silver dot on the fan itself, that's one of the 2 that I had. Little Sharpie dots to id them at a glance. Would have been better if I had gotten ahold of more than 2 units.

Died after two weeks.
It's not a 125v device.... and the fan on this thing is kinda loud. The cables feel kinda flimsy. Died after light use in two weeks.

Dead on arrival
Wouldn't even power up. It doesn't work at all. It's now a worthless paperweight with a crap ton of wires coming out of it.

Used for 1 week connected to a 4 gpu mining rig , and quit working.
