A fantastic kit at a great price

It's a snap!
Still working on the build, but this is a very nice snap together kit. Need to find a source for the aztec decals, which this kit does not contain. That said, it goes together very well, with no extra work required.

not an easy kit to make look good
this is smaller than expected . around 30cm , this should not have been marketed as a click together kit , a great deal of painting , spraying is required during the build , the decals are very thin and break easily , use a wet paint brush to apply and decal setting solution , AZTEC decals are not included but using alternating matt, satin and gloss white on the panels can create an effective finish , this should be £20 - £25 max

Great model
A great model of the legendary USS Enterprise refit from the Star Trek movies. The decals are ok but don't fit that well on some parts and the instructions on where to locate them are a little off (best to use reference photos)

not accurate and transfers not realistic, model needed to be adjusted to fit some parts, for the price not worth it

Absolutely appalling value for money.
Eager to obtain a good model kit of Star Trek's USS Enterprise refit that doesn't have weak nacelle strut bases, I was pleased to see that Amazon had this Polar Lights snap kit on offer for £37. When it arrived I was very disappointed at the model's size. While the dimensions were on the box, it was so very small in physical reality and really not worth the (albeit discounted) price! Hopefully Revell will have a reasonably priced version (and one that has improved, sturdier nacelle strut bases!).

Would avoid
Snaps together easily enough, minimal painting although the colour guide is poor.Where this model is a real let down are the transfers. They fit poorly, are an odd colour and most importantly they literally disintegrate on exposure to water. Getting the on in one piece is next to impossible no matter how careful you are.

Doesn’t worth the money, cheap material.
This doesn’t worth a bit of the money, it looks cheap, I don’t know what makes it £-43. I would really like to return it.
