Orange PPC108 Cabinet 20 Watts 8 Ohms 1x8 Inch

Wrong color, but we kept it and everything is fine. It's a little Orange cabinet. It's exactly what you'd expect. Tons of fun and sounds great with various heads and pedals. Sits nicely on an end table and takes up minimal space. No battery or power cables necessary. Awesome little thing. You are paying a little extra money for the name, but it's fair enough for the current market and there are no complaints about the quality if you know what you're getting into to begin with. It's worth it.

Very well built extremely good looking cab. Black w/ gold piping. To address some reviews that made me wonder whether to purchase, for others that may be on the fence.... This speaker was perfect for my need, which is a micro amp (Hotone Purple Wind) and a very small speaker cab for my desktop to be used as a convenient setup for practice and learning songs. Very portable from room to room. The frequency response cuts through so I can hear clearly what I'm playing along with the stereo. I think some reviewers purchased this expecting a tiny Marshall 4x12. A single 8" cab will never sound anything like a 4x12 (if I need that I'll go into my studio and plug in my Plexi stack). Having said that, this cab exceeded my expectations in both quality of build and sound (for an 8"). Looks beautiful on the desktop, and serves my need perfectly.

I bought this as an external speaker for my little 2 watt Fender Greta tube amp; having tried other external speakers with it and getting good results I wanted something compact that I could keep with the amp all the time. This little speaker cab seemed attractive; it's a compact low-wattage speaker cabinet and it's made by Orange, a generally reputable amp manufacturer. It's width matched the width of the Greta exactly and the beige grill cloth matched the beige paint on the Greta's top cover. My only mistake was in not checking the depth dimension; the Greta is just about an inch deeper and overhangs a bit. But sound-wise, I have no complaints. Compared to the 4" internal Greta speaker there is no contest. This speaker is both much louder and clearer sounding. This speaker is also the only decent one in this size range and price point. I'll find a way to deal with the size issue, probably by building a carry frame for both units with a handle on top to make it all a nice little portable guitar rig, which was my point to begin with.

I wanted to try out a small tube amp and a speaker cabinet, so I settled on this with the Orange Micro Terror head. I've been using a Fender LT50 as a practice amp. After hooking it up, it just seemed a bit underwhelming once I played for an hour or two. The speaker seems to be of good quality, it just didn't seem to "fill up the space" enough to be worth it. As far as price, based on what I've seen, it's a decent unit. I've also got a couple of the small Positive Grid portable units and they seem better suited for traveling (even in the house) and getting a solid sound than this cabinet.

I am using this with my 5 W Marshall mini head and as you can see, it’s a little bit smaller than that.. but that doesn’t stop this little thing from filling up the room! I added some little cone feet at the bottom to give it a slant, but that’s just because of the way that I had it in my room. It sounded better that way.. as you can hear from the video it seems to sound great with the Marshall tubes! I figured it was time to put the half stack away and have something that’s more suitable for a practice environment ! Perfect if you need something to hook up to a little head in place of a normal stack. I’ve been playing guitar for over 40 years. I’d recommend it.

Great quality cab. Really nice build quality. Built like a tank. Really sturdy grill 'cloth' that my cat won't rip apart with loaded with two plastic badges - the orange logo and the crest. The cabinet is lined with a pleasing plastic strip and an overall covering which is the best I've seen and felt. Sound wise, this functions beautifully with the Micro Terror amp. Fantastic tones. The cabinet copes with the amp wonderfully. What's more, these are cheap! I might buy a few and stack them - if only for show! Recommended!

Nice Amplifier, I use it for practicing and the sound is good. Works well with the Joyo Atomic BanTamp.

Malgré sa petite taille et le HP de 8'', la restitution du son est très bonne et la fabrication de qualité. Très content de cette baffle qui s'accorde très bien avec mon ampli JOYO ZOMBIE !
